Venez profiter d'une escapade de détente dans le sud de l'Espagne dans cet appartement récemment rénové de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec vue sur la Costa del Sol!

Situé dans la ville de Torreguadiaro, vous serez au bon endroit pour les vacances à la plage que vous méritez - vous détendre sur la côte qui offre une vue sur Gibraltar et le Maroc. Vous pouvez vous promener en ville ou explorer les nombreuses villes de bord de mer et de montagne qui se trouvent à quelques minutes de route de chez vous. Vous pouvez marcher sur la promenade le long de la plage qui va à Sotogrande. Vous y trouverez un complexe de polo et c’est dans l’ensemble un excellent petit port à explorer. Surnommé "ruta gastronomica" en raison de ses 17 restaurants presque ouverts toute l'année.

Les amateurs de golf seraient ravis d'avoir 8 golfs à proximité.

Divers sports nautiques peuvent être pratiqués comme le surf, le bodysurf et le windsurf et le kitesurf.

L'appartement est à 20 minutes (25 km) de Gibraltar et de son aéroport (vol Londres - Gibraltar par easyjet ou British Airways), à 1h (95 km) de l'aéroport de Malaga en voiture, à 20 minutes de la ville côtière d'Estepona (20 km), 40 minutes (51 km) de Marbella, 2h20 minutes (218 km) de la ville de montagne de Grenade et 200 km de Séville par l'autoroute A7 un peu moins de 2 heures. Il est proche de tous les célèbres villages blancs avec en 30 minutes et 1h30 en voiture: Casares, Gaucin, Jimena de la Frontera, Castillo de Castellar, Ronda, Mijas etc.

L'appartement est moderne, joyeux, lumineux et décoré avec goût. Avec ses fenêtres enveloppantes et sa terrasse donnant directement sur la plage et l'océan, vous pourrez profiter du rythme paisible de la mer. La cuisine est un agencement ouvert dans le salon et la salle à manger, avec un îlot central pour la zone de préparation des repas pour les cocktails avec la famille et les amis. La salle à manger a une table pouvant accueillir 6/8, et est situé à côté de la cuisine pour un accès facile. Le salon dispose d'un canapé confortable et de chaises pour vous détendre tout au long de la journée. La suite principale dispose d'un lit queen-size avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de points de vue sur l'océan, la 2ème chambre est équipée d'un lit queen-size et la 3ème chambre dispose de 2 lits simples qui peuvent également être réunis pour former un grand lit. Entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin: Wi-Fi, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four, lave-linge, cafetière, batterie de cuisine, des ustensiles et même des serviettes de plage. Il dispose également de places de parking fermées sous surveillance vidéo. Situé au 13ème étage d'un immeuble de 16 étages en copropriété.

Nous avons passé nos étés à profiter de tout ce que le beau sud de l'Espagne a à offrir et nous sommes impatients de vous accueillir. Bienvenido!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
