Nice 3 bedroom apartment in Torre del Mar, close to the beach and near to all the amenities, shops, restaurants, bus station...The apartment is in a 4th floor facing a square with park space and is facing south.It has a unit with air conditioning and heating in the living room, the apartment is well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with microwave, cooker, fridge-freezer and washing machine.Well situated and with a perfect orientation for winter and summer. Bus station is less than 500 metres and the taxi rank around 300 metres. EPC: E

“Fabulous apartment - in the heart of the town”

What a great location! The apartment is so well positioned, so near to the bakers for fresh bread every day, easy walking to the beach, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars - all very easy walking. The apartment is comfortable, two bathrooms, a sunny balcony, comfy beds - it was a great place to relax. We stayed for 5 weeks.
