This is a stylish recently converted 200 year old farmhouse, with the added benefit of a good size private pool with stunning sea views. It is only 4 km from lovely secluded beaches. Yet, it is near enough to Malaga to be easily accessible by car or bus and far enough away for peace and quiet from the noisy bustling City life. Pozo de la Suerte (Well of Fortune) is sited on a large (6 000 sqm) plot of land with magnificent views of the Mediterranean to the South. There are good village shops, nice popular tapas bars and popular good standard restaurants within a 1.5 km walking distance.This lovely converted farm house with its open plan living area, opens out onto a nice shady terrace and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. The wide open vista offers incredible views from every angle, and the site comprises of 2 houses. The main house has 3 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and there is also a second bathroom with a shower, a well equipped kitchen, a nice dining area and lounge

The second house (called the small house*) is situated next to the main house with it's own private entrance and has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge furnished with a bed sofa for 2 persons. *The smaller house can only be rented as a supplement to the main house. Also the cost for renting the smaller house is as follows; High Season 350 €, Middle; 250 € and Low = 150 €. This lovely property has the benefit of an attractive garden with citrus, avocado, mango and banana trees surrounds the property. Providing plenty of shady areas, the owners have taken special care to ensure that there are several comfortably furnished areas, which are furnished with welcoming sun loungers and sun umbrellas.There is the additional benefit of a pleasant patio with an attractive outdoor bar, which is a welcome addition that enables you to enjoy those long warm evenings, sitting out enjoying a pleasant drink with family and friends. There is also the excellent facility of a good size BBQ to enable the family to enjoy those great outdoor picnics. The local shops always have freshly caught fish on sale, along with some great cuts of meat that are very popular for any BBQ . An evening BBQ in Spain can be a really great mouth watering event on any balmy moonlit evening or even at lunchtime.The nearest popular public beach is only 4 km away, secluded and as yet it is still surrounded by sugar canes, just like it´s been for 100's of years. The lovely popular Spanish resort of Torre del Mar which has many great restaurants, bars, shops and banks is only a 15 minute car drive away.

Also the cost for renting the smaller house is as follows; High Season 350 €, Middle; 250 € and Low = 150 €. The small house is not available when only renting for up to 6 persons.

This lovely region of the Costa del Sol east of Malaga is a much quieter place to enjoy a holiday compared to the often busy crowded regions to the west of Malaga.

Torre del Mar

The small country town of Almayate is just 1.5 km from the house and appeals to those looking for a typical small Spanish town within easy travelling distance of Malaga and so many other wonderful Andalusian towns and villages.
