From the owner

This is a 3 bedroom house in the small Spanish town, Torre de la Horadada. It is a short walk to the beach and has full air conditioning, wifi and Netflix.

Summer 2021 update -

The property is available as usual. Within the property complex both swimming pools are open but limited to 20 people each and a safe distance of 1.5 metres between non family members.

Due to Covid 19 there is advice in place for activities in the local area and we can advise on these for guests.

Property details-

At the front of the property is a large patio which catches the sun in the morning. The front door leads into the living area which is a long room with the seating area at one end, dining space (table and 6 chairs) in the middle, and a small but well equipped kitchen at the other end. The seating area has a 32" Smart TV, with Netflix set up so that visitors can watch it. There is also a DVD player with a large selection of DVDs and a Nintendo SNES mini.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a double and 1 is a twin room. There is also a family bathroom with a bath with a shower over it.

The kitchen area leads out on to a pleasant patio, which has a large dining table and 6 chairs so that visitors can eat outside. This patio is a real sun trap, and so there is also a large awning that can be extended if the sun gets too hot. This patio has a gate that leads into the communal pool area, which has showers and 2 beautiful swimming pools.

The patio area also has a set of outside steps that lead up to the sun terrace, and also to the third bedroom and another bathroom. This means that the third bedroom cannot be accessed directly from the house but via the outside patio. The upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom, and is furnished with a double bed and a single bed and has a small fridge and kettle.

This house has 3 different outside spaces which is a great advantage if you are wanting to sit in either the sun or the shade.

We bought this house in October 2017 as our own holiday home, but have also ensured that it is well equipped for visitors. As well as the TV, Netflix, Nintendo SNES and DVD player with DVDs, the house also has board games, children's fishing nets, diving rings for the pool etc. The house has WIFI. The kitchen has (as well as all the usual appliances) a toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and straighteners. Outside there is a large dining table to seat 6, 2 sun loungers and 2 easy chairs.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans have been installed recently in every bedroom and also in the living area.

Linens and towels (but not beach towels) are provided, and if you stay for 2 weeks, then a clean second set of bedding and towels are provided mid stay. The price quoted includes the end of stay clean. Should you require an additional clean mid stay, then this can be provided for 50 Euros.

A welcome pack (bread, milk, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, jam, orange juice and water) is provided upon arrival.

A travel cot and high chair are available if needed.

How do damage deposits work?
