Description

You will be greeted at our property with a free welcome pack containing water, wine, beer, snacks, coffee, sugar and milk all compliments of Gleam Team Rentals.

All of our properties are cleaned by a fully legal cleaning team, the team will follow cleaning guidelines and will sign off the clean on their departure prior to your arrival. Relevant cleaning and sanitisation products will be used throughout and special attention will be paid to all items to make the property as safe as possible for your stay.

All keys for the property will be sanitised in between each new guest.

All bed protectors and sofa covers will be washed and replaced before every arrival. Hand sanitiser will be made available at the front door of the property.

If you would prefer a no contact arrival and departure we can make arrangements for this to happen. Please book this prior to arrival.

This property is a new build and has been built to a very high standard with underfloor heating as well as built in air conditioning giving you hot a cold air when you need it. The property is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property and has a front terrace as well as a roof terrace overlooking the communal pool which also has a separate jacuzzi. 4 new sun loungers are available for you to take to the pool and the beach.

It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea and 8 minutes to walk to a beautiful square full of bars and restaurants. The port is nearby so the views are stunning and you will never get tired of them.

There is a supermarket within walking distance where you will find all of your necessities and larger supermarkets are situated very close by.

You will find everything you need at this property including wi-fi and some English TV. The owners have furnished this property to a very high standard, the main double bedroom has an en-suite and then there is a further family bathroom. This property also has electronic security shutters for ease and safety.

Fees & Services

€70 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry (up to 4 people) €10 per person thereafter.

A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.

Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.

Airport, golf and local picks ups can be arranged if you do not wish to hire a car.

Nursery hire is available but must be pre-booked.

A grocery shop can be organised for your arrival so that you can enjoy your holiday from the very first minute, a list should be supplied within 48 hours of your arrival the cost would be €20 plus the shopping bill.

House rules

A cleaning and Laundry fee of : 60€ is payable upon arrival. Any bedding/towels used that are not put out, will incur a 10€ charge at the end of your stay.

Any plates, dishes, cutlery and pans used during your stay left unwashed / out on the draining board / in the dishwasher will incur a 10€ charge at the end of your stay.

Disposal of all rubbish is your responsibility a charge of 10€ will be made if any rubbish is left in the property after it has been vacated.

Ideal location close to beach and lovely square with restaurants etc. . However could not find any local buses .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
