Description

The apartment is located in a beautiful maintained and established area with community pool, playground and lovely green area.

It is located on the 2nd floor (top floor) and holds three good bedrooms (two single beds in one room and a kingsize-beds in the other two), two bathrooms, private roof terrace (50 m2) with sun loungers, outdoor shower built-up barbecue and a gas-bbq.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker etc.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and sink.

From the living room there are doors out to a balcony with full view of a lovely pool. On the balcony there is a table and chairs.

There is also a secure garage in the basement, with an elevator up to the apartment. In the garage we have beach- and sports-equipment (chairs, diving masks, beach-tennis, four tennisrackets and balls, beach-tent, high baby-chair, stroller etc.). It is only a 5 minutes walk to a lovely sandy

The Rio Mar development also features a sports area (tennis courts, football or basketball - possible to rent equipment) with a restaurant beside.

We also have 3 new mountainbikes for rent, for 60 euro pr. week (please let us know when booking).

P.S. Regarding number of guests, we recommend maximum 6 persons. However, we have a sofa-bed for two and two extra single beds (one inflateable and one foldable) and a travelcot for a baby/small child). Please contact me if you are more than 6 persons.

The Valencian Country region

In this region there is a lot to do: you can play golf at many courses short drive away, visit La Manga, Cartagena, Torrevieja. Take a trip to Aqua Land etc.

Torre de la Horadada

The area is nice and quiet, with restaurants within walking distance. You can buy fresh bread in the morning at the local supermarked, stroll down to the lovely beach later for a swim. Have something icecold to drink at the beachbar, and walk back to the apartment for a nice dinner at the terrace....

“Flott sted å være”

Fin, moderne og romslig leilighet som var godt renholdt og hadde gode senger. Ordnede forhold med utleier som var hyggelig. Vi har før vært i Mil Palmeras, og anbefaler det på det sterkeste for de som for eksempel har barn eller for enslige par i sin beste alder. Mil Palmeras er et lite og hyggelig sted med en liten men sjarmerende handle/restaurant-gate. Reiser gjerne hit igjen!

One of the best of the many holiday apartments we have stayed in over the years. Great attention to detail and customer needs. Everything in the kitchen for self catering but also only 10 minutes away from restaurants bars and supermarket. Also 10 minutes from lovely beach and beach bars. Board walks and long promenades for pleasant walks and sightseeing. Being early March some days were sunny but cool but we also had some lovely warm days to enjoy the balcony, the beach and the walks. Bus service was not very convenient so we would recommend a car for those who want to explore further afield but we were happy to stay local as this was our first visit. The owner was very helpful and we will be very happy to return to this particular apartment.

Thank you so much for your nice review. There are bus-stops along the main road 332, and also locally in Mil Palmeras. I am not sure of the time-tables, but if you do a Google-search, you will find some tables. It is possible to take buses, but you need to plan in advance. To/from airport I recommend to order a taxi. We really enjoyed our 7 weeks in this beautiful penthouse : lovely appartment, well equipped and very quiet in this winter season. Southfacing terrace, well equipped solarium, even for BBQ. Nice surroundings, beautiful beach. Truly recommendable.

“Beautiful sunny apartment”

Fully equipped apartment with free WIFI and heating (the November evenings were a bit chilly!) Lovely balcony which caught the sun all day and a large roof terrace with bbq. What more could you want? Rio Mar/Mil Palmeras is very quiet this time of year but a good base for coastal walking and exploring futher afield by car.

Great apartment that has everything one needs. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a great pool area within the complex. The apartment has a perfect location with only a short walk to an amazing sandy beach where you can find several beach bars. There is also a nice resturant street with many pubs just 5 minutes from the apartment. We were here to play golf and the range of courses within 20-30 minutes drive are enormous. The golf courses are of high standard and can recommend El Valle, Las Colinas, but also Lo Romero who is closest and is less expensive. This place we will return to and can recommend this to golfers, families and couple trips. Loved it!

We have just returned from a week at Rio Mar 10 what a beautiful apartment tastefully furnished, well equipped and delightful, a real pleasure to spend time there with a choice of balcony, rooftop or garden with swimming pool. . . . .

Denne leiligheten har alt man trenger for en god ferie. Inne er det lyse trivelige rom, gode senger og dyne om du liker det. Sofa og spisestuemøblene er lyse og hyggelige. Badene har godt lys, og dusj på begge to. Alt man har behov for av hvite/brunevarer, småelektrisk, husgeråd og serviser, bestikk, glass mm finnes der. Verandaen med utsikt over poolområdet, samt takterassen, er fantastiske, med gode møbler og pergula/markiser slik at man kan få litt skygge om man ønsker det. Poolområdet var fantastisk flott, med gress, blomster og trær som skaper en utrolig flott ramme omkring bassenget. Det er kort vei til stranden, restaurantgaten og matbutikken. Vi hadde ikke leiebil, og savnet den ikke den uken vi var der. Du kan gå langs stranda og strandpromenader fra landsby til landsby.

Vi (samboerpar i midten av 30årne) var så heldig å tilbringe en uke her i slutten av april 2015. Bestillte via finn.no. Leiligheten og oppholdet ellers innfridde så absolutt! Leiligheten er like fin som den ser ut som i annonsen. Den er godt utstyrt, har gode solforhold (takterassen har sol hele dagen) og beliggenheten er perfekt med kort avstand til strand, strandbarer, butikk, restauranter, parker m. lekestativ og benker samt sykkelruter (eget felt i veibanen). Leilighetskomplekset bærer preg av godt vedlikehold både når det gjelder basseng/bassengområdet, busker, plen, lekestativ og søppelhåndtering. Veldig lettvindt å parkere evt. leiebil i gata utenfor leiligheten. Alt i alt hadde vi et topp opphold i Mil Palmeras. Det er kanskje ikke stedet for "hæla i taket", men absolutt stedet for avslapping og sportslige aktiviteter! Likte forøvrig godt at stedet ikke oppleves som en alt for utpreget "turistplass", men preges av en god blanding av nasjonaliteter, lokale spanjoler inkludert. Opplevde utleier som hjelpsom og seriøs og kan absolutt anbefale leiligheten til andre.
