Case Vacanza Torre Canne offers its guests apartments in a residential area close to the Centre and to the beach located in the airy and well connected location for a pleasant stay with all services and shops close at hand.

The structure, about 200 meters from the sea, is comfortable and nice apartments, newly renovated and nicely furnished in a practical and functional hotel that can accommodate up to 6 people.

All have a living room with a sofa-bed, kitchenette equipped with cooking utensils, fridge, washing machine, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony with clotheshorse..

Our accommodations are ideal for a vacation it deserves.

The apartments are situated in a well connected:-walking distance you can find a small square with children's playground, a bus, going for walks and shopping, with butchers, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, fish shop, gelato, etc;

-about 200 metres from the sea with a choice of beaches and lidos;

-about 500 meters you can avail of the Hotel's Serene Spa-spas of Torre Canne;

-about 7 km, the highway there is the mall ' Conforama ';

For lovers of Archaeology Museum and the famous excavations of Egnazia; the white Farms remained intact; the sassi di Matera;

-within a radius of a few miles you can visit some of the most beautiful villages of Apulia as to Cisternino (about 14 miles), Locorotondo (about 22 miles); the White City of Ostuni (approx. 18 km),; Polignano a mare (approximately 25 km) with its majestic cliffs; Alberobello (about 27 km), the capital of the trulli and UNESCO; Martina Franca (about 29 km) and the beautiful countryside of the Valle d'Itria. Zoo Safari di Fasano and Fasanolandia amusement park (approx. 14 km); the fascinating caves of Castellana (approximately 36 km); the famous city of Lecce, renowned for its Baroque; the natural reserve of Torre Guaceto;

-a few miles for those who love to spend warm evenings in a busy location can Chapter (Monopoli), lounge bar and pub.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If LIVIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
