HARBOURVIEW is a superb ARCHITECT DESIGNED contemporary VILLA with stunning sea and harbour views that has just been built as two separate 5 STAR LUXURY SUITES. The Ground Floor Suite is available to rent with the owners living in the First Floor Suite.

The SUITE at HARBOURVIEW VILLA is luxurious, fully SELF-CONTAINED with 2 DESIGNER BEDROOMS and an Ultra Modern Bathroom. The décor and furnishings are stylish and elegant. It has its OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE, PRIVATE GARDEN and 2 CAR PARKING SPACES

The SUITE is DEEP CLEANED and DISENFECTED by a professional cleaning company every time a Guest leaves and before a new Guest arrives. The Suite has ANTI VIRAL SPRAY, DISINFECTANT, HAND SANTIZER, and HAND WASH SOAP for all Guests to use during their Stay. MEDICAL GLOVES and SURGICAL FACE MASKS are also provided.

Our COVID 19 CANCELLATION Policy is very understanding. If you are not allowed to travel because of Government Regulations or Lockdowns then your booking is fully movable or refundable.

HARBOURVIEW should be looked upon as a Luxury 5 STAR HOTEL SUITE as it has TWO spacious Deluxe Bedrooms and a fabulous Bathroom but DOES NOT HAVE a separate Kitchen or Living room. However the Suite DOES HAVE a KITCHENETTE with a MICROWAVE, FRIDGE, TOASTER, Plates and Bowls, Cutlery, Glasses, plus Tea and Coffee making facilities.

Inside the Suite is a Dining Table and 4 chairs plus a larger outside Dining Table and 4 chairs on the decking. Also, Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber eats etc all deliver HOT COOKED food to the Suite. Finally, there is a professional stainless steel BARBECUE and OUTDOOR GRILL on the decking for alfresco cooking. Charcoal, lighters and barbecue accessories are all provided.

The SUITE is totally PRIVATE and fully SELF CONTAINED. It has its own private GARDEN with a decking area , barbecue and table and chairs which is secluded and not overlooked. There is an additional sun bathing garden to the side with sun loungers.

There is secure off road PRIVATE CAR PARKING at the side of the Suite for 2 Large Cars.

The SUITE at HARBOURVIEW is unique in offering luxurious 5 STAR BOUTIQUE accommodation with TWO DESIGNER BEDROOMS for MUCH LESS than the price of a ONE BEDROOM 3 STAR BASIC Hotel Room.

The SUITE has HIGH SPEED INTERNET access and 2 UHD 4K SMART TV's, One in each bedroom. Both bedrooms have 4K NETFLIX and the second bedroom also has a DVD player with a large selection of DVD's for children, teenagers and adults.

The SUITE is very Baby, Infant and Child Friendly. For Babies and Infants it has 2 Travel Cots, a High Chair, a Buggy, a Back Pack Carrier, a Potty, an Infant Toilet Step and a Baby Bath. For Children it has Buckets and Spades, Crabbing equipment, Fishing nets, Toys and Children's DVDs all on request.

To ensure you have a good nights sleep The Suite has LUXURY POCKET SPRUNG BEDS, Egyptian Cotton Sheets and Duvet Covers. It also has luxury Egyptian cotton full size bath sheets and spa slippers for each adult.

The SUITE at HARBOURVIEW also has its own GAS CENTRAL HEATING system with its own boiler and lots of permanent hot water. Just adjust the thermostat to what ever temperature you want. It has radiators in every room which makes it really warm and cosy especially after those long winter walks on the beach.

The SUITE has a very useful LAPTOP work space which can be used as a quite WORKSTATION area or for BEAUTY, HAIR and MAKEUP.

The Suite is in a QUITE LOCATION but only a 10 minute walk into town with its shops, bars, cafe's and restaurants. It is also less than a mile away from 4 different beaches and picturesque coves.

The Suite at HarbourView is only a 10 minute walk into Torquay Town with its shops, restaurants, bars and cafe's There are local bus routes nearby and the main train station is only a mile away

We will be available the majority of time to help and advise on both the property and where to go, what to see, and where to eat and drink. We will also be there at check in to welcome guests , hand over keys and familiarise them with the Suite.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay. Excellent location, 10 minute walk to the harbour. We couldn't fault the apartment. Martin was extremely helpful. Torquay is somewhere we have been visiting for the past 5 years but Martin managed to recommend us attractions and things to do which we never had done previously. These recommendations were some of the highlights of our holiday. We will definitely be looking to go back in the foreseeable. Also feel I should mention how Covid aware our hosts were, providing gloves, masks and sanitisers for our stay. We felt very safe and comfortable. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for accommodation in Torquay! We can't wait to come back soon.

We had an amazing short break away in Torquay and staying at Harbour View Torquay was brilliant. The apartment is well designed and the owners have thought of everything. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, microwave was handy and it had amazing views. Martin (the owner) went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was the best it could be, offering information, advice and tips on the local area so we had some wonderful days out and explored parts of Torquay we hadn’t visited before on other trips. My little boy said he didn’t want to come home and wanted to stay forever! Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again in the future

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Martin and Diane (the owner) a message.

If Martin and Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
