11 Watermeadows is a modern third floor apartment adjacent to the sea front with views across Torbay, and a short level walk from the picturesque Cockington Village.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, and a spacious furnished balcony offering panoramic sea views towards the harbour. Watermeadows is a quiet residential block of 12 apartments.

Abbey sands, the main Torquay beach, is about 200m walk away along the promenade, beyond which is the marina, town centre and harbour with its pavement cafes and restaurants.

Cockington is a preserved village of thatched cottages, a manor house and church, craft centre, Lutyens Drum Inn pub restaurant, lakes, over 400 acres of beautiful parkland, where you can relax and have a Devon cream tea.

Summer bookings minimum seven days starting Saturday.

This is our 3rd year of staying at 11 watermeadows. Beautiful location for sightseeing amazing views from the balcony. Well equipped apartment and a good size for famlies to stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
