Description

Formerly the head gardener's cottage on the Mount Edgcumbe Estate, beautiful Bay Cottage sits in the pretty hamlet of Empacombe which has it's own harbour. Brimming with period charm, this beautifully presented Cornish cottage features crafted window seats, feature fireplaces and a stylish interior throughout. The location - the Rame Peninsula in South East Cornwall - is a hidden gem, offering a wealth of opportunities for cycling, birdwatching, canoeing, boat trips, coastal walks or simply admiring the spectacular sunsets. Plymouth is easily reached via regular car and foot ferry services nearby.

Accommodating six guests with ease, Bay Cottage has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom upstairs. A spacious bathroom includes a bath and separate shower unit. All bed linen and towels are provided and an additional w/c is located on the mid landing. A travel cot, highchair and stair gate are all happily provided if required. Living space includes a sitting room with contemporary armchair and sofa seating, feature fireplace with open fire, TV, DVD player and a selection of films, books and family games. WiFi internet access is also available.
