A bright & charming room in a green & quiet detached house with a spacious backyard with patio & a parking spot, shared washroom, kitchen & living room, in a quiet & beautiful area of University Heights between Finch/Sentinel/Grandravine. 100% guest house having 24/7 housekeeping service, so we are always on duty to make your stay safe & comfortable, we serve coin laundry, food delivery & transportation service Ideal for professionals & students looking for privacy outside of the downtown core.

Public transit is 4 minutes walk away. 10 min ride to Finch West subway station & York University, 20 min Downtown with subway.

Jane Finch Mall, Wallmart & Nofrills, Asian Food Market "Jian Hing" are 10 min ride. Bus 108A (6 min walking) and 15-20 minutes to Downsview Stn., bus 106 and 15 min. to York University.

This house managed and cleaned professionally, so we are always on duty to make your stay safe and comfortable. We can also serve you food delivery service and transportation service with reasonable prices.

Your bedroom is private. The washroom (located outside the bedroom door) is shared with another room on the same floor. The kitchen and living room are for all guests except the basement.

------Getting the house------------

1) From the house to the right: 4 minutes walking to Ollerton/Grandravine Dr: bus 108A to the right direction: 10 min. ride to Jane Finch Mall and the Asian supermarket “Jian Hing”, cafes, stores (stop: Finch Av. West) - On the other side of street: buses 108A towards Downsview: 10 min ride to Walmart (stop Keele Str/St. Regis Cr.) or 10 min. more to Downsview Subway Stn.

2) From the house to the left: 8-10 minutes walking to Lamberton/Sentinel Rd.: Bus stop 106 and 10min. ride to York University. 50 minutes ride to downtown. Derrydown park and York Wood public library are in walking distance.

+ Please take out your garbage to the left side of the house in the bins provided when you check out.

+ Parking Spot: 5$ per day if available

+ Early check in and late check-out fee is 25$ until 2 hours, 50$ until for 6 hours.

+Security Deposit will be charged in cash when you check in and will be returned on check-out day. If there is any damage the cost will be deducted.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
