Presenting my one-of-a-kind, luxurious & large 3 bedroom, 5 Bed, 2.5 bath, professionally designed sub-penthouse suite with an 800 sq ft terrace facing the Rogers Center, Lake, downtown and includes two complimentary parking spaces! The suite is great for large families, large groups, couples, business travelers, photoshoots & film.

Previous clients include The Weeknd, Koodo, Red Bull and my homes are featured in Narcity, Mirror UK and AOL Travel as one of the top BnB's to rent in Toronto!

Plan your perfect large group city getaway, special event or business off sites. The unit is just shy of 1500 square feet, in one of the most luxurious buildings downtown and steps from the CN Tower. I have hand-selected mid-century modern pieces I've collected over the years and I am looking forward to sharing my personal home and space with others!

Like my other properties, it is a premium unit and is truly one-of-a-kind.

The suite is in pristine, brand new condition. Please take immaculate care of my home as I have presented it to you.

The kitchen is equipped with a Scavolini Kitchen, waterfall marble entertainer's island, soft-close drawers, a glass backsplash, brand new AEG appliances, and all the kitchen essentials you need.

The bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable, luxurious 1800 Egyptian cotton bed sheets and comfy beds. The King and Queen size beds are memory foam mattresses provided by 'Casper' and the double beds are spring mattress with a 2-inch gel top. I provide soft down-filled pillows with all my suites.

The bathrooms are new & very clean. There are two rain shower heads with strong water pressure. The bathrooms are equipped with all the luxuries you need (ie towels, shampoo, toilet paper etc).

The apartment is perfect for large families, business travellers, individuals, couples, and events! Please message me if you plan to have a special event/large gatherings. I will try to accommodate your occasion as best I can.

It is a split floor plan, with bedrooms on either side of the unit for extra privacy. Two bedrooms have its own private washroom and tons of closet space. There is also a massive walk-in closet to store all luggage when you've unpacked.

This luxury building has some of the best amenities a Toronto condominium can offer. Rooftop Pool overlooking the CN Tower, Gym, Steam room, Yoga studio, Spin Studio, Indoor Whirlpool, and BBQ's. It's truly spectacular. Unlike most Air BnB's that have restricted amenity access, my guests, have access to the full roster of amenities!

Only the guests listed on the reservation will be allowed to stay inside my home. I will be checking in all guests personally and taking government photo ID of each guest upon each booking. Please, no extra guests without my consent.

The suite overlooks the city line and the Rogers center. There is no shortage of things to do in the area. Rogers Center, Metro Convention Center, ACC, Shops, cafes, restaurants, nightlife, sports complex, parks, and transit are all within walking distance!
