Description

Our home is located in Princess Gardens, a friendly and safe neighborhood with plenty of space, trees and parks. We are close to the Airport (8 mins by car/24 mins by bus). 24 hr Metro supermarket, bus stops, shops, banks and other conveniences are all within 3 mins walk.

You will have separate entrance to the spacious, newly renovated 2 bedroom suites on the ground floor of our home. You will have direct access to our backyard! We will share the backyard, laundry room and hallway leading to the basement.

+ Laundry in the basement (max 1 load for stays less than 1 week, max 2 loads per week for longer stays)

+ Guests can borrow iron from us when we are at home.

+ 1 parking slot in garage available if you notify us 3 days in advance; or you can park the car outside the street

+ Complimentary first day breakfast: we will leave some food items in the fridge for you to make a simple breakfast

HOUSE RULES:

This is our family home, so we hope you will have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, however we also ask you to kindly treat this place with respect and follow the house rules below:

- Maximum 4 guests (including children)

- No visitors

- No smoking, drugs, parties or events

- Not suitable for pets

- No cooking outside the kitchen

- The privacy and comfort of our neighbors and us is important, so please limit the noise outdoors and indoors; Quiet hours is after 10:30 PM

- Please note that after your reservation is confirmed, we will need a copy of your passport or ID before or on arrival.

NOTE: If you do not follow the above rules we may decide to terminate your reservation with immediate effect and in that case we will not be able to provide you a refund of the fees paid.

- May not be suitable for children below 12 yrs (please contact us if your child is traveling with you)

- Please take care of your belongings and safety. We will not be responsible in case of losses, injuries or accidents

- Please treat the space as nicely as you would your own home

- Please kindly keep the place clean and do not wear outside shoes indoors

- Please remember to turn electricity and lights off, close the windows and lock the door when you leave

- In case of emergencies, we reserve the right to enter the rented space.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
