Description

A beautiful one bedroom apartment with stunning sea views in "White Lagoon" Topola. This apartment has a comfortable open living and kitchen area with a double pull out sofa bed, cooking facilities and a washing machine. It has a patio door leading out on to the large balcony where you can enjoy a BBQ and a glass of wine while you look out at the beautiful views. The double bedroom has plenty of storage space with another door leading out on to the large balcony. The shower room has all modern amenities that you would require and there is also a large entrance hall area as you enter the apartment. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort, and a T.V. and Wifi for your entertainment. The apartment building is very safe and secure with a locked front entrance porch leading to the stairs. (The apartment is on the 3rd floor) There is also a private storage room on the ground level for leaving your beach belongings or push chairs etc. The building has plenty of private parking if required. The area is breathtaking with beautiful sights and fresh healthy air! There are sandy beaches within an easy walk in each direction which are gently sloped and safe for children to swim in the beautiful Black Sea! Bars and restaurants can be found throughout the area offering a multitude of different drinks and meals to temp you! Try traditional Bulgarian cuisine or opt for something more European! Swimming pools can be used in some of the near by hotels for a small charge. The apartment is located 12 km from Balchik where you can visit the famous Summer Palace of Queen Maria and the Botanical Gardens, or enjoy a stroll along the promenade with many restaurants. You can rejuvenate yourself at Tuzlata Healing Mud Baths and rehabilitation center which is 9 km away or take a breathtaking walk along Cape Kaliakra which you can see from the apartment balcony. There are also 3 top class Golf courses within a 10 km radius. The airport in Varna is 55 km away (approximately 55 minutes) with the cosmopolitan center of Varna being reachable within around 50 minutes by car, with a large selection of beaches, Summer Gardens, museums, shops, bars and restaurants for your enjoyment. Nearby are also Albena and Golden Sands resorts with Aqua parks. We can arrange Airport transfers for your convenience if required.

How do damage deposits work?
