“I don't recomend this villa for spending your hollidays”

The rooms are too small, one of the rooms has the bathroom on the hallway, the dogs of the owner have access everywhere ( into the swimming pool, into the kitchen etc), the doors from the rooms can not be closed or locked. The owner does not have a hospitable attitude , it gives you the feeling that you are always disturbing him and his way of life. His behavior changed quickly when we decided not to order any specialties from his grill ( way too expensive comparing to quality restaurants in the neighborhood ). He pretends the services of a hotel but there are much lower ( never cleaned the rooms or the bathroom , dog hair everywhere , no air conditioned, etc ) By the way, at the hotel, especially during the summertime, it's a standard condition to have a small refrigerator for water and refreshments. He gave access for 10 persons , just for 20 % from the capacity of a normal refrigerator !! ( although he had 3 ). To resume, it was a bad experience, the owner is not qualified to manage tourism business.

First of all, you didn't book our place, it's a friend of yours, and he made a big mistake booking here thinking this is a villa without service and breakfast and a place you can do all you want..., we don't rent our Villa! We give rooms with service! And this is very clear on holiday lettings in the description!!!! It's very clear on the site we have 5 rooms, 4 ensuite, 1 separated bathroom. It's very clear pets are allowed here.If you want book a villa without service and where you do you're own cooking, then book a villa like this, not here.....We never had complaints the rooms are to small, even you had the biggest room in all villa, 25 square meter. And yes, there is no mini bar in the rooms, but we make space for some drinks from clients in the bar frigo, enough space for drinks but not for all the food they bring!!!! We have 3 frigo's and they are full with food for breakfast and for the restaurant for people who want eat from the menu......Nataly and me did all we could to make it pleasant for everybody, and even clean every day the rooms....give you perfect breakfast in the morning with fresh baked croissants, choclate-croissants, bread, eggs, yogurt, cheese, meat, confiture etc, etc, and this for 25 euro per person per day......in one of the most beautiful spots on the Black Sea coast. It's very clear on Holiday Lettings you can't cook here and use the kitchen, read the policies please. Only 1 person from these 10 people acted they owned this place, look in all cabinets, even told us what we had to do, was making her special coffee in kitchen while we preparing breakfast, had comments on everything. We have here a lot Romanian guests, A LOT, never one like you.......All people love it here, check ratings on other sites!!!! We have our restaurant and our drinks and menu, in 7 days you didn't spent 1 cent......but the day before you left, somebody broke a biljart cue from our table, glued it together and put covers on it from the sun beds so we would not see this........Even your own friends where ashamed sometimes in your behaviour... So the owner is not qualified?? after 4 years 8,6/10 on the biggest booking site in the world..... Sorry, you're not qualified to go on holiday, stay home and make you're 'special' coffee AT HOME Cheers!!! from Nataly&Lode

How do damage deposits work?
