In the heart of the Mornington Peninsula this house accommodates couples, families and friends who prefer to stay in a house and utilise the space and facilities provided.

The games room has a large pool table and lots of games and puzzles. Set in an open plan with direct access to the back deck with outdoor dining area, open kitchen and through to main lounge.

With it's 4 large bedrooms and 3 living areas, fully functioning kitchen and laundry, large gardens, various outdoor spaces including a fully tiled, solar heated pool.

Please enquire with information on your reason for travel and beds required so sofa's can be made up if necessary and a quote can be personalised for you.

The wood fire burner will see you warm and comfortable on chilly days and nights along with central heating throughout the house and air-conditioning units on the warmer days.

The family bathroom has a large bath, shower, double basins.

Tootgarook sits between Rosebud and Rye on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. With it's choice of bay beaches and ocean beaches, the beautiful surrounds filled with wineries and world class golf courses, only an hour from Melbourne has been a popular destination for holiday makers and tourists.

Abundant various activities are within minutes drive - horse riding, water sports and fishing, coastal walks, National Parks, wineries, Day Spas, galleries, historical towns, fine dining, farmers/craft markets every weekend.

Tootgarook

Positioned between Rosebud and Rye - in amongst the trees, set back from the activity on the main drag - Tootgarook is a very well maintained and highly regarded neighbourhood having easy access to both sides of the peninsula's beaches, shopping, golf courses and wineries. Popular to young families moving away from the city - within minutes of schools, parks and shopping. Popular also to the stream of tourists making the journey every summer and winter to explore, feast, swim and play.

Getting around

A car is recommended to make your way around to the many areas of interest. Many of the wineries will offer tours and can be organised to pick up from the house. Bikes are provided for your use throughout your stay to get to the local shops and beach or for a day out riding the coastal roads.

Interaction with guest

On arrival a short run through of the property, hand over keys and provide information on appliances, etc. During your stay I am contactable at any time and can be on hand if necessary.

“Simply great location and facilities, peaceful and relaxing”

We had a fabulous time. Unwinded in the peaceful setting and privacy of the location. Easy access to amenities, beach, cafes etc. and Tina is such a wonderful host
