Off the pretty coastal road, the house is the ideal spot for self-catering if you want a beautiful and relaxing setting away from traffic and tourists but with all amenities. Everything you need for comfort and convenience is within walking distance: beach, supermarkets, shopping mall, bus stop, array of restaurants and nightlife. Kato Paphos and the Old Town are just a five minute drive. The houses are finished to a high specification throughout with granite worktops in the kitchens and marble staircases. In each: upstairs - two bedrooms, from the master bedroom a balcony overlooks the swimming pool, the second bedroom has large single beds; bathroom with bath/shower. Downstairs - beautiful fully fitted kitchen, w/c and spacious living area leading to the large sunny patio, ideal for private dining or sunbathing. This overlooks a stunning swimming pool with bridge feature, and steps for easy access to the shallow end. The beach nearest beach is a short walk away, water-sports and large sandy beach at Coral Bay. Bedroom 1 with king size bed, large wardrobes and dresser in stylish cherry wood, security patio doors and shutters leading to a balcony. Bedroom 2 with large twin beds, spacious wardrobes and dresser in stylish cherry wood and shutters. Bathroom with bath/shower, WC, sink, finished in stylish Italian tiles. Separate WC downstairs. Lovely fully fitted kitchen in cherry wood, with plenty of storage space and granite worktops. Large fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, washing machine and microwave, iron, ironing board, drinking water from the sink. Dining area with table and chairs. Spacious living area with two sofas, armchair, coffee tables and blinds. TV, DVD, TV Box, free Wi-Fi. Large patio doors leading to a sunny patio with easy access to the pool. Sun loungers, table, chairs and sun umbrella, BBQ. Tiled immaculately throughout and decorated neutrally for a cool, relaxing atmosphere.

Getting around

A car is not necessary in Paphos as the resort area is small and public transport (buses) quick, cheap and easy to use. There is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk away from the property that can take you around Paphos and up the coast to Coral Bay. Taxis are easy to come by and you can arrange to collect you from the house (taxi numbers are provided at the house). For exploring further afield you can hire a car from the airport or at one of the many outlets in Paphos.

Once you have booked I will provide full details for arrival at the property including directions and housekeeper information. If you require airport transfers or a welcome pack you can book these direct with our housekeeper by email. I do travel quite a lot so apologies in advance for any delays responding. The villa was well equipped for a self catering holiday. Villa clean & tidy all though instructions for equipment needs updating, (ie tv & washing machine). Nice little outdoor seating area with table & 4 chairs, also you do have 2 sun beds. Shared swimming pool, lovely & warm & very clean. 10 minutes walk to nearest bus stop & lots of bars/restaurants.

lovely little complex, family atmosphere with child friendly pool, everything you need for a self catering holiday but within walking distance to the local tavernas and night life. Also excellent restaurants within easy reach to suit every taste. Taxis and buses readily available to take you further afield. Great holiday hope to return in the not too distant future.

Cannot recommend this property highly enough. It had everything you could possibly want for the discerning traveller. Style, comfort, immaculate and clean. Elegant and very clean pool. Definitely all round 5 star. Great local restaurants serving delicious food. We honestly didn't want to sleep as didn't want to miss a single minute of our holiday while staying here. Will definitely be returning here soon. Thank you!

Loved the house, spotless and had everything we needed including plastic plates/cups for the kids so everyone could relax. Pool gorgeous and we had the place to ourselves. Thought the house was a really good price and was in a great location. Peaceful yet close to all the stuff you need on holiday, restaurants, beach, bars. Arrival and departure went smoothly and we were provided with all the information we needed from the owner. We are planning a return visit soon. One very happy family!

How do damage deposits work?

If Ian & Lousie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
