The apartment is on a small development called King's Sunset located off the Tomb of the Kings Road.

It is a ground floor spacious 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with the swimming pool outside the front door.

The furnishings are to a very high standard with many home comforts, WiFi, flat screen TV with internet movies.

We provide towels, beach towels, hair-dryer, hair straighteners, even an electric toothbrush charger incase you forget your own! The apartment has air conditioning/heating throughout, also ceiling fans.

There is an information pack inside packed with local information and maps.

Just 10 mins walk there is a Lidl supermarket with an in-store bakery.

The lounge/kitchen is open plan with all mod-cons including filtered water cooler, frappé maker, microwave and easy to use washing machine. UK TV with online films and wi-fi, books and games. Cots and baby accessories can be arranged at an additional cost.
Master bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes (plenty of hangers), en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto the rear garden. Safety deposit box.
Second bedroom consists of two single beds and fully fitted wardrobes, patio door leads onto front terrace with table and chairs for that breakfast in the sunshine.
WiFi and air con included in the rental price!

Fully tiled rear garden is exceptionally large, with circular patio table, parasol and 6 chairs.
Four sunbeds are in the apartment and can be used by the pool or wheeled round to the back garden for the last of the sun rays in the late afternoon.

Very Good

“Absolutely the best apartment”

Myself and 2 others (was another 4th person but unfortunately family illness meant she couldn’t come last minute) so have just spent a week 29/2/20 to 7/3/20 and we have agreed the best apartment in a very long time, it’s very clean, well equipped and very modern. Sue the owner is absolutely just a very lovely lady and on hand with any issues that may arise while holidaying In her apartment, When requested the best taxi to get from the airport to the apartment she arranged all this at an amazing price of €30 each way, better than the €50 each way we researched. It’s a ground floor apartment with the pool right outside your front door, we breakfasted along the pool side and sunbathed most days in some fantastic hot winter sun. There is a small shop with great food facilities right behind the complex and a lovely 15/ 30 min walk to the mall and then the harbour side where we found a fabulous fish restaurant. We will definitely be back to stay at this apartment again. Can recommend this apartment 100% Sue and holiday lettings you’ve done us proud xx

We stayed at Kings Sunset Complex for two weeks and were not disappointed with our accommodation it had everything that you would need for a self catering holiday. It is a great home from home Very spacious two bedroom apartment on a beautifully kept complex. We would certainly have no hesitation recommending this apartment it is in a great location easy walking distance to bus stops and local amenities. We would like to thank Sue and Louise for all their help during our stay it was very much appreciated.

Back from a 4 week stay at Sue's lovely apartment,it's a ground floor apartment with a patio front and back very quite but close to the bars and restaurants a 10 minute walk and 15 minutes to the seafront 2 supermarkets are nearby .Step out of the apartment and you are in the nice size swimming pool.The apartment has all the equipment you need great wifi connection TV with loads of uk channels, all in all it is a great place to stay, if going back to paphos would stay here again. We had no problems so only contacted Sue when we left. Tom and Pam Comb

“Home from Home”

Thanks for letting us stay we had a fantastic week at King's Sunset. Thank you Sue. Sue was brilliant she arranged everything for us. The taxi collected us at the airport, arranged by Sue and took us to the apartment. The apartment is brilliant, with everything you can think of, all towels, bedding, hair dryer was already there, even down to tea, milk, and mineral water. The only suggestion I can make is that there is no umbrella or stand for the sun loungers around the pool. This would be a great help as it does get really hot. I would recommend traveling down to the harbour on your first day which costs 1.50 euro’s where you can buy a weekly pass for 20 euro’s it saved us a lot of money on traveling you can hop on and off buses all day. The buses stop running around 12:30 am. There were plenty of places to eat in the location area around the apartment which we would recommend such as Fat Mama's or Kalina’s. We would also recommend traveling down to Coral Bay where there are some really nice restaurants and nice beaches or to the harbour which is in the other direction where you will find shops and places to eat. Plus if you want a bit of night life you have the main strip in the harbour where you have a few disco and plenty of bars where you can get buy one get one free cocktails. We would highly recommend this apartment and hopefully will be booking another week next year, thank you again Sue

How do damage deposits work?
