This bright modern apartment is situated just off the Tomb of the Kings Road in a quiet area. It is within 2 minutes walk of the tavernas, shops, banks and bus route (to the harbour, Coral Bay and the old town). The new King's Avenue Mall is less than 2 minutes walk away and has a supermarket, selection of restaurants, cinema, clothes shops as well as a children's play area (entrance fee applies for Looney Land). The local beach is also only 5 minutes away and it is about 15 minutes walk to the harbour area. Bus tickets are currently €5 for a daily ticket.
For 2018 bookings, WiFi now included. You can watch television on the TV box but bring your laptop, tablet or smartphone for Internet access. There is also Nilesat satellite television with film and entertainment channels in English, local Cyprus tv and an ipod/iphone docking station.
This apartment has an open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Two fold away beds and a travel cot are also available for extra guests or a baby.
There are 2 balconies. One with table and chairs accessed from the lounge and the other with 2 sun loungers and a sun umbrella which can be accessed from both bedrooms.
** Please note: you are requested not to smoke in the apartment or on the balconies. **
The bathroom has a bath with overbath shower and a newly replaced modern toilet and vanity unit.
There are air-conditioning units in the lounge and both bedrooms which double as heaters in the winter and flyscreens throughout so you can keep the windows open for a wee breeze.
The apartment has a communal swimming pool in landscaped gardens with a handy toilet and shower block by the pool.
There is a children's playground a minute away from the apartment with a variety of playground equipment, basketball hoop, climbing frames etc.
My apartment is like a home from home. I like to spend as many holidays as I can in Paphos and have furnished and equipped it fully with everything you will need to enjoy your holiday.
A local company look after our apartment and you will be given their phone number as a contact while you are there. They will meet you at the apartment to make sure everything is OK for you and are available throughout your holiday should you need them.
Rental includes hand, bath and beach towels, bed linen, air conditioning and utilities (fair use of electricity) and cleaning/laundry on departure.
A Calor gas heater is provided during the cooler months.
Check in from 2pm, check out 11am. Earlier check in or later check out may be arranged by prior agreement if possible.
Rental price includes air-conditioning with fair use of electricity.

“Very clean apartment”
The apartment was very clean and tidy with all facilities required for a pleasant stay. Many good restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Beaches further afield but very accessable by the frequent bus service. Angela very kindly arranged taxis to and from the airport which was greatly appreciated.

From the moment we booked the apartment to when we returned home, the owner kept in contact with us at all times. She provided updated guidance information regarding her property and the local area, including pictures and maps. She even supported us to book a taxi for pickup and return to the airport. The apartment was beautiful and in a lovely location, near to local amenities which was perfect for my elderly father. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and had everything we required to support us with our holiday. It was exactly as the owner had described. We would definitely book to stay again if we come to Cyprus! Thank you for allowing us to use your holiday apartment!

“Lovely, well equipped apartment close to amenities.”
Just set back from the main street and very close to the new shopping mall, this is an excellently located apartment. The owner has thoughtfully provided lots of extras such as games, books, dvds, radio etc. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. There are two balconies facing onto the main street and opposite similar apartment blocks across the road. The pool area is at the rear of the apartment and is very pleasant and there is also an area for sitting out. The response time from Angela was excellent as was the information about getting to the apartment from the airport, how to gain entry etc. A lot of helpful information was provided about the area for anyone unfamiliar with Paphos.

Paphos is such a lovely place I loved coming back after not been for 7 years. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. I had previously stayed here with family and it's just as good as I remember. It is very close to the main road with all the restaurants and kiosks. The buses are amazing for getting about coming every few minutes! I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Hopefully we will be back next year so will re book this apartment. Thanks Angela. Alice

“Ecellent value and well equipped apartment.”
This apartment has everything you need for a great Holday and very clean and tidy,it is a credit to Angela.The weather was cold in the evenings the first week so it was easy to warm up with the gasfire or the aircon.We found the DVD was not working for evenings when we stayed in, so told Max and when we came back from a day out the next day it was replaced with new one! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone as an excellent base for touring and well. situated for local amenities.Hope to be back next year. Robert & Lily Chaplin.

“A fantastic, memory-filled family holiday”
Great apartment, fantastically situated a few minutes walk from some great, fun bars and restaurants. Lovely, comfortable apartment with everything we needed - air con was a treat! Lovely pool, never busy. Evening entertainment was perfect for us: mum, dad and 13 and 17 year old. Best bar for us was Pit Stop, the cocktails and tribute acts made for an hilarious evening. The Outback was also lots of fun with great live music and a fantastic magician/mentallist act. Very surprised with evening meal prices, very reasonable,; Thomas' Jungle Bar 3 courses for 10 euros was a real bargain and delicious too! Fat Mama's further down Tomb of the Kings Road, but still an easy stroll less than 10 mins away, is a must, if a little pricey. More American that Greek it had loads of entertainment throughout the night with staff dressing up and dancing and singing. Great fun! Easy bus ride to Coral Beach which was beautiful for swimming or the other way down to the harbour. 2 euros each for a day pass which was amazing value for money - but beware in the evenings the buses can be very busy! Some great boat trips out, make sure you haggle with the price, we got a boat ride for four down from 60 to 30 euros. The Tombs were incredible, as was the mosaic museum down by the harbour. Check out the catacombs as you walk down to the harbour. Paphos is incredible, there is ancient history seemingly round every corner. This was an amazing family holiday for us; cultural experiences for mum, the pool and loads of shops for the young teen, the bars showing all the big sporting events for older teen and dad, local beer at 1.50 euro a pint and 30+ degree heat every day for four weeks. Doesn't get much better than that! We felt safe and relaxed in and around the apartment all the time and though you are close to 'the action' there was never any noise to bother us late at night. Can't wait to return!!

“A lovely apartment in a great location.”
This 2 bedroom apartment is well equipped and has 2 balconies, one for dining and one for sunbathing. The apartment also has a private pool for residents which is rarely busy and very peaceful for relaxing in the sun. It is well situated, just off the Tomb of Kings Road which has a wide range of shops, restuarants and bars. There is also a supermarket nearby for essential items. The beach is a short walk away with the bustling harbour only 5 minutes away using the excellent local bus service. We have stayed at Pafia 5 on 2 occasions now and would highly recommend renting this apartment.

Make use of the local bus services cheap and run every 10 minutes. If booking trips try and book them early in your holiday to avoid disappointment. Apartment is lovely and Angela and Kevin are extremely helpful and try to ensure you enjoy your vacation in their lovely apartment.
