La Casa Rural “Cigarral El Pinar Del Sapo” es es una casa típica toledana reformada en el 2018, manteniendo el encanto propio de los antiguos cigarrales.

En una parcela 6300m2 con pinos encinas y vegetación autóctona.

Esta situada a las afueras de la ciudad, a tan solo 5 minutos en coche, ideal   para hacer turismo, relajarse y descansar.

La casa, construida en dos plantas, dispone de cocina totalmente equipada, amplio salón – comedor, habitaciones con baño incorporado. Tiene aire acondicionado y wifi.

En los exteriores se encuentra una piscina con solarium, tumbonas y sombrillas

Nos encontramos en un lugar privilegiado. En la misma carretera que une Puy du Fou con la ciudad de Toledo

NORMAS Y CONDICIONES

RESERVA: Deberá detallarse exactamente el número de adultos, niños y menores de 24 meses que se alojarán en la casa.

FIANZA: La fianza se abonará en efectivo a la entrega de las llaves 300 €, cantidad a devolver a la comprobación del estado de la vivienda y devolución de las llaves.

HORARIO DE RECEPCIÓN Y SALIDA: La entrada es a partir de las 15 horas y la salida antes de las 12 horas.

POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: Si se renuncia a la reserva, con un mínimo 30 días de preaviso, la misma será devuelta en su 50% y con menos de 30 días dicha reserva no será devuelta

NIÑOS: Todos los niños mayores de 24 meses computan plaza independientemente que duerman en cama solos, acompañados o en cuna. Los niños menores de 24 meses que duerman en cama independiente computa plaza

REGISTRO DE VIAJEROS: Para el acceso al alojamiento, es obligatorio la presentación del DNI, pasaporte de todas las personas para las cuales se ha reservado la casa. Es obligatorio por cada viajero, mayor de 16 años, se rellene y firme una ficha de registro de viajeros, que Casa El Pinar de la Bastida comunicará a las dependencias policiales.

ACCESO NO AUTORIZADO Y VISITAS:.   No está permitido el acceso de más personas de las que las que constan en los datos de la reserva, documentos check – in y que no se hayan sido inscrito en el registro de viajeros. Está prohibido visitas no autorizas a las instalaciones (casa, piscina, jardines...) sin la aprobación de Casa el Pinar de la Bastida. Las visitas tienen un coste adicional. .

EVENTOS, FIESTAS Y REUNIONES: El pago del alojamiento, no da derecho en ningún caso, a utilizar el mismo para organizar fiestas, despedidas de soltero, pre bodas, post bodas.... ni eventos y ni reuniones que no hayan sido expresamente admitidos por la dirección.

EL HORARIO DE SILENCIO: Es de 22 horas a las 9 horas entre semana y de 24 horas a 10 horas de viernes a domingo.

ANIMALES DE COMPAÑÍA: No está permitido el acceso con animales de compañía

LIMPIEZA: Los clientes a finalizar la estancia dejarán el alojamiento en un estado de limpieza razonable, con el menaje limpios y colocado, sin basura o desperdicios en el interior de la casa y sus exteriores, de no ser así la fianza no será devuelta. El cliente deberá retirar toda la basura generada durante su estancia y depositar en contenedores municipales. Casa el Pinar de la Bastida no efectuará ninguna limpieza mientras dure la estancia. Si la estancia es superior a 6 noches se proporcionará toallas y sábanas limpias cada semana. El cliente deberá retirar toda la basura generada durante su estancia y depositar en contenedores municipales.

CONSUMO: Al salir del alojamiento dejen cerradas las ventanas y puertas, apaguen los electrodomésticos y luces, para evitar el consumo innecesario de energía

 PROHIBIDO HACER FUEGO: Por alto riesgo de incendio está prohibido hacer cualquier tipo de fuego, barbacoas, usar pirotecnia, dejar objetos de vidrio o material combustible.

BARBACOA: Por alto riesgo de incendio está prohibido hacer barbacoa. En su lugar disponemos de planlleros.

RESPONSABILIDADES EXCLUIDAS POR CASA EL PINAR DE LA BASTIDA: Los robos, pérdidas, daños que puedan sufrir los clientes. Los accidentes derivados del uso de la piscina y de más instalaciones. Los cortes de suministros de luz, agua o gas. Las obras que otras empresas ajenas realizadas en las inmediaciones y que puedan afectar a la estancia del cliente.

Nuestras casas son ideales para pasar unos días tranquilos y en familia. Están en lugar privilegiado de la ciudad de Toledo. No están aisladas por la tanto hay que respetar el entorno. Queda totalmente prohibido cualquier actividad que disturbe la convivencia normal de la comunidad en la que se ubican, tal como la música elevada, ruidos, fiestas... que puedan provocar quejas fundadas de los vecinos.
