Barn conversion, sleeps 6. Ideal for families or a quiet get away.

East Barn has been recently upgraded with new bathrooms and refurnished. It has a fully equipped kitchen, espresso / latte maker, Smart TV (with Netflix & Sky), fibre broadband, espresso / latte maker, high chair, travel cot. One double bedroom , twin bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with bunk beds. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower (one upstairs, one downstairs). Towels provided for all guests.

The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool and large games room containing a full sized snooker table, two pool tables, two table tennis tables and a bar football table ( Shared with the other Barns in the complex).

Important note: The pool will be closed for maintenance from 18th Mar until 29th inclusive (the games room will still be open). The prices have been reduced considerably for this period.

“Fabulous place to relax.....”

This was our second visit. As a family we love this place - great location & facilities, peaceful and pretty surroundings and friendly owners. The property is equipped with everything you could need for a great, fun-filled stay. The pool and games room is always a great hit with my boys and keeps them entertained for hours. Being dog friendly was an added bonus for us as we love to holiday with our two Jack Russells and they just love this barn accommodation, with its open plan style so they can see everyone and everything going on! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the views from the bunk room window are beautiful. With Wells, Holkham, Swaffham & Thetford close by, there is also so much to see and do. With so many dog friendly beaches, cafes, pubs & restaurants, it suited us perfectly as we love to eat out and we hate leaving our dogs alone for too long so we were able to bring them along!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will definitely return!

Weather wasn't great so the games room and indoor pool kept our 11 year old totally entertained.......a life saver!!! The Barn was really well equipped, very comfortable, welcoming and homely with books, games and DVDs. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms was just perfect for 4 adults and one child. Lovely outdoor seating area (sun trap) in a courtyard with the other barns and holiday makers but all very pleasant and friendly. Only 2 miles from Fakenham shops etc. Easy driving distances to a host of Norfolk attractions/beaches. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.

How do damage deposits work?
