The house lies on a tiny 15,000 sq.m. Peninsula, 6 km north from the Port of Tinos, on a private plot of 5,000 sq.m. facing west and adjusted to the sea. The place is really quite and the establishment nice and comfortable with a unique 180 deg. view of Aegean Sea and the nearby islands of Syros and Giaros. When the atmosphere is clear, which happens most of the time, one can also see the islands of Paros, Naxos, Kythnos and Kea. At sunset the view turns to be just magnificent and the house to a vista point (see pictures)!

The Villa shares a private 150 m rocky seafront and a small, pebble golf. One can swim into the crystal- clear water all around the property. About one hundred meters south, one can walk to another, larger golf with a mostly sandy beach.

At a walking distance of 500 meters north, lies the village of Agios Romanos with a long and beautiful sandy beach, a tavern and a cozy beach bar.

The Villa is built at seafront, in two levels into a property of 5000m2,.

The upper level of 170 m2 comprises the large living room with a fireplace, the dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Ten large windows provide for an all around vista.

There are also three bedrooms (one of them master with en-suite bathroom), another bathroom and a WC.

200 m2 of verandas and patio embrace the building.

The lower level of 90 m2 includes a 50 m2 living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

In the same level there is a garage, a play room, the central heating installation room and a storage room.

The building is surrounded by a rock garden.

On a third, lower, level, one finds the 70m2 pool filled with seawater .

Attached to the pool, there is the pool bar, a BBQ and a wood oven. Furthermore, there is a stone table and benches. This area offers itself for all day and night gatherings and enjoyment.

The private (around 100m long) seafront is rocky, with a small golf.

The sea view, especially at sunset, is just breathtaking.

TINOS ISLAND

Tinos is a typical Cycladic island which has not been affected by the onslaught of mass tourism. The inhabitants are warm and friendly. Whitewashed buildings gleaming in the mid-day sun, a mini-maze of back streets sloping gently down to the harbor and pretty beaches all around the island. There are over 50 traditional villages to visit and explore, with taverns, kafeneia (café) and old picturesque houses as well as newer decorated with elaborated marble pieces. For shopping, Tinos Port (Chora) has super markets, bakeries, butcheries, gift shops, post office, car rentals etc. Four banks with ATMs are also available. Water sports facilities, fishing, diving etc. are provided. Restaurants, Pizza place and taverns serving local cuisine and fish dishes can be found in most of the villages.

Tinos is an idyllic destination, a place to be from April to October.

In Spring time, the Island turns green. The weather is sweet. It is ideal time for trekking and visiting the villages. In Summer, the numerous beaches are mesmerizing. The temperature stays around 28 deg Celsious ( 90 deg F). September is really warm and nice, less windy than August.

Tinos can be reached by boat either from Rafina Port, about 40 km from Athens Airport or from Piraeus. One can also fly to Mykonos and take a boat from there to Tinos (20 min distance).
