Luca's Flat offers to our guests a cosy apartment in the quiet area with beautiful view to the neighbourhood garden .

The apartment is located in Timisoara at 2.8 km-10 minutes by car from the Center of Timisoara -Orthodox Cathedral and 1 km from Emergency Hospital-Pius Brinzeu . Near the apartment is LIDL market and a station of bus and tram.

Luca’s flat provide you air conditioning and WiFi and all you need to spend a few days like at home.

The flat is composed by :

1 bedroom with: double bed (180x200 cm), lunch area, TV, wardrobe, books, air conditioning.

A fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, microwave, coffee machine, boil machine, washing machine, and gas cooker.

1 bathroom with: laundry basket, hairdryer, bathtub, towels, shower gel, hand soap.

1 balcony with a relaxing area with table and chairs and smoking place.

“I recommend it to everyone!”

The owner was very kind and communicative! The area is very good, safe and peaceful. Nonetheless, the center of the city is easily accessible from here, especially by car. We had no issues parking our car. The apartment was very clean, full of helpful appliances that are especially good when staying longer in Timişoara. The internet worked perfectly. The relation between service and price is very good. The communication was excellent. I recommend it to everyone!

Really nice and stylish apartament. Very clean and cosy, equipped with all utilities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom perfectly clean. Great location, close to supermarkets, bus and tram stations. The host was amazing. Very kind and extremelly helpfull. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely choose it for my next trip in Timisoara.

The owner was very nice and open. After we booked the flat she contacted us immediately and was always glad to answer our questions. When we arrived to the flat she explained us how to use the different household appliances and how to reach certain important places in the city from there. The area is very pleasant, safe and quiet. The center of the city is easily accessible from the flat, although travelling by car may be more convenient. There are enough parking places, even if it may get crowded in the evening. The appartment is very clean, full of useful appliances for a longer stay. There were no problems with the internet. I was very pleased, the price is excellent for the offered services. Check-in and check-out were perfect. There was no waiting time and communication was efficient and fast. I am absolutely convinced I am going to choose Luca's flat from now on and I recommend it to everyone.

How do damage deposits work?
