From the owner

Rocha Views is located on a small hill with incredible views over banana and avocado plantations onto the sea on the west side of the island. Its location allows the guests to enjoy the sun all throughout the day.

The property is located at roughly 350 meters above sea level which guarantees day time temperature of 26 C in the summer and 22 C in the winter. Between October and April there are 3 days of rain per month on average, while the rest of the year is dry.

The villa has three double bedrooms (king size beds) and two bathrooms, a living room with panoramic views to the sea thanks to the 2 meters wide glass door and fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large south-facing patio which is ideal for breakfast. The west side of the house is wrapped by a long terrace, perfect for capturing the beautiful sunsets. On the north side of the property there is a private outdoor space - great for al fresco lunch or dinner.

La Prosperidad supermarket is well stocked and only 3 minutes away by car. Next to it there is a small bar / restaurant that serves delicious traditional Spanish dishes like tortilla, croquets, etc. They also do take away.

The closest beach is Puerto de Tazacorte, roughly 15 minutes by car. This volcanic beach, hence the black sand, is the largest on the island. The pleasant temperatures make it possible to swim all year around.
