Apartment Location This spacious apartment can be found in the Grand Tichot B block in the upper part of Val Claret. The central location means that it is right next to the shops, supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and bars. It is just a couple of hundred metres from the 'Tuffs' high-speed chairlift and there is a lift pass office and tourist information centre just over the road. Apartment Description The apartment covers 90 metres square in total, across 2 levels. On the ground floor it has two good size bedrooms, one double with en-suite, and the other is a twin room. They are served by a good-sized hallway with boot storage leading into the open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area where the sofa turns into 2 single beds for larger groups. There is also a separate WC and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two sets of bunk beds in each, and a third bathroom separates the two bedrooms. There is also a cafetiere, kettle and toaster. There is a plentiful supply of crockery, glasses, utensils and cooking equipment. The lounge area boasts an open fire, a 32” flat screen TV with SKY and a CD/DVD player. A selection of books, games and DVDs are included for your enjoyment. The downstairs main bathroom has a shower, full bath and basin. There is a separate toilet. The en-suite includes a double shower and a basin, and the upstairs bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. For storage there are 2 wardrobes, under-bed draws, a large chest of drawers and several other open areas for storage. There is a ski locker in the entrance area of the building but skis can also be stored on the balcony when the ski locker is full.
