Millburn Cottage is a traditional 3 bedroom property situated in an elevated picturesque rural setting. It is in a west facing position and has stunning sunsets over Loch Fyne and the Kintyre peninsula. Heating is provided by a wood burning stove and electric total control and storage heaters. The cottage is a wonderful place to get away from it all but still be close to local amenities. There is a bespoke free standing kitchen off the lounge and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. There is a large conservatory to enjoy the scenic views and has access to the private garden. The garden has a wonderful variety of flowers, plants, shrubs and wildlife. The burn which originally powered the Mill has been redirected and is now a beautiful feature of the garden. The entire garden is fenced in and is ideal for pets. Millburn Cottage is located just outside the ancient village of Kilfinan (2 miles) and 4 miles outside Tighnabruaich and the adjoining Kames. The cottage feels remote and benefits from a large and secluded garden. Otter Ferry is a 7 mile drive to the -Pub on the Beach. It is approximately 2 hours drive from Glasgow.
