This villa is situated in a private cul de sac in Tias, local supermarkets ,Bars and restaurants only 5 minutes walk

The 3 bedroom Villa is fully furnished and sleeps 4 people in one double room and two twin rooms, all with bathrooms en-suite. Linen and towels are provided . The private outdoor pool is solar-heated this depends on the weather sun loungers for relaxing. The villa is in the heart of Tias and only 5 minutes car journey from Puerto del Carmen strip.

The villa is fully furnished for a party of 6 with lounge and dining seating ,outdoor patio furniture and a BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is satellite TV and a DVD as well as a radio and CD player. VIFI

The Prices quoted are 450.00 Euro for 2 persons pw, addItional persons are charged at 20.00 E per person per day (minimum stay 7 days)

“Relaxing”

This Villa was perfect for our needs. It is well presented & comfortable, we especially liked the fact that each room had an en-suite bathroom, which meant no waiting for the shower! Tias itself is quiet, but if you want a lively resort, Puerto Del Carmen is only a few minutes drive away. There are some great restaurants in Tias, we liked La Esquina, and the Chinese restaurant. Also The Mermaid bar, which does excellent fish and chips, the owners of which gave a very friendly welcome. We didn't hire a car, but if we were to return, (and we plan to,), I think we definitely would for convenience.

we got married in lanzarote in june and stayed in this villa for 10 days, from the moment we arrived it was fabulous, very clean, everything you need, all rooms ensuite and very spacious, the heated pool was great and only walking distance to the lovely village of tias, this villa is only 5mins drive to peurto del carmen and i would highly reccomend the villa, it was great, thanks to john and mary for making our wedding extra special and we will be back. brendan and lisa

“Quiet location great experience fab villa”

Lovely villa with everything you need in it. Pool was great heated and could even swim at night. 3 bedrooms all ensuite 2 with baths. Very quiet area perfect for relaxing. Would reccomend hiring a car as we went in and out to puerto del carmen taxi would average 8 euro each way. No mini buses available for group of six, overall villa well worth money and would defiantly stay again

How do damage deposits work?
