'Sea View Villa' is a brand new 3 bedroom sophisticated residence with unparalleled levels of style and comfort. The villa enjoys wonderful sea views nestled between towering palm trees and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach front of Thong Nai Pan Yai. Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach is a beautiful sandy beach on the idyllic north coast of Koh Phangan.

The villa is modern and spacious with 320 square metres of pure luxury split over 2 levels. The villa has three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms which all include twin sinks and rain effect shower.

Upstairs is an open plan area comprising a large fitted kitchen, dining and living area. Plus a large double bedroom with en-suite and private balcony. These open to the Sun deck with beautiful views over the Thong Nai Pan Yai Bay. Downstairs comprises 2 large double bedrooms with en-suite which also open to huge balconies and with fantastic views over the bay. Also on this floor is a fourth visitor bathroom and laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

All bedrooms have full air conditioning and ceiling fans. The villa is luxuriously furnished throughout, with cathedral-like bamboo ceilings, large glass folding doors, marble floors and dark teak bespoke furniture.

Our Villa manager and owner lives within 5 minutes of the villa and will organise any activities you require as well as your transfer to and from the villa.

All en-suites contain twin glass sinks have, hot water shower with rain effect & hand-held chrome shower heads and Western style WC.

The communal bathroom and laundry room also has hot water shower and Western style WC

Kitchen: The villa is fitted with a modern plan contemporary kitchen with polished granite work surfaces. Appliances include large fridge freezer, gas hob, toaster, microwave, double fitted sink and all cooking and dining utensils i.e. crockery, cutlery, glasses etc...

The 8 seater dining room table is situated to provide the ultimate view across the sun deck and the Gulf of Thailand.

The lounge is furnished with a comfortable suite and a 42” LCD TV screen with free satellite.

The villa is also fitted with free wifi.

Whilst many villa rentals within the island may require transport to reach the nearest beach, the wonderful Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach is only a 5 minute walk away from our villa.

Furthermore the nearest 7/11 supermarket is just a 4 minute walk.

Why can't I call Ian (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian (the owner) a message.

If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
