Lake View is a luxury Penthouse apartment with stunning, unrivalled views over Lake Geneva and the Jura Mountains.
Located in the heart of the Village 100 meters from new ski lift, all amenities are within easy reach including the excellent ESF ski school ,the supermarket, restaurants, bars ,bouangerie and ski hire shops.
Thollon Les Memise is 25 minutes drive to the extensive Porte du Soleil ski area and a 10 min drive to the beautiful Spa town of Evian on the shores of Lake Geneva .Lake View is ideally situated for enjoying both summer and winter vacations.
Built to a very high standard, Lake View comfortably sleeps 6 people with 2 double bedrooms (one en suite) 1 king size (or twin as preferred) & 1 large family bathroom .The comfortable main living room is located on the top floor and benefits from a new large plasma smart television,Sky channels, iPhone/IPod BOSE docking station ,PS2 and XBOX (if required). All furnishings and fitting are of high quality including ,new Egyptian cotton towels & linen throughout .
NB We do not charge for linen hire -just an end of stay cleaning charge & a laundry charge (per person )which is paid locally on departure .

The duplex accommodation includes : On ground ,Spacious master en suite bedroom opening on to a sunny balcony with private seating area .The fully tiled en suite bathroom comprises a power shower, heated towel rail and furnished with designer bathroom cabinets .
A large open plan lounge,kitchen and dining area is located on the 1st floor. Complete with high vaulted ceilings,this comfortable living space enjoys magnificent views of Lake Geneva The living area is luxuriously furnished with leather sofas, designer cabinets and furniture, flat screen plasma HD TV with DVD, Freeview /SKY TV channels, BOSE iPod docking station and a large library of DVDs and CDs.A PS 2 console and X Box with assorted games is also available (with a separate TV if required.)The bespoke kitchen is fully equipped, comprising ceramic 4 ring hob, new fan assisted oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and all essential crockery and serving dishes. On the same level is the large vaulted ceiling family bathroom, walk in power shower, bath, heated towel rails and bespoke cabinets.

A secure garage and separate basement cave is available for skis, bikes, scooters, sledges, etc which our guests are free to use during their stay.
In the summer, 2 folding beach chairs, a sun parasol, sun screen tent (for children), picnic hamper, beach mats and towels are available for guests to use free of charge.

Our second stay here was just as good as the 1st . Great location for summer exploring and sporting activities . The number of places within an hour and a half drive are too numerous to mention . Or if you want to be local there are walking and swimming and eating options within minutes away . The apartment is also a lovely place to spend some time being very comfortable with wonderful views over Lac Leman and Montreux / Lausanne . All in all an ideal place for a holiday that offers everything you could wish for . Looking forward to a return visit soon.

A great location . Something for everyone . Everything a holiday should be . Great accommodation in a wonderful setting. 3 big bedrooms on 2 levels and great living space . Brilliant views from the balconies make breakfast something special. A walkers paradise in every direction. Every sport available . So many place within a few hours drive from Zermatt / Chamonix / Geneva / Montreaux Just come and see for yourselves and have a great holiday.

“Très bel appartement, vue magnifique et proche toutes commodités”
Nous avons loué cet appartement pendant les vacances de Février cette année. Avec des enfants assez jeunes, nous voulions une petite station familiale et un logement fonctionnel, proche des pistes et agréable en termes d'espace et de gout. Avec cette location, nous avons trouvé la réponse. Sans être très grand, il est en duplex et si bien agencé que chacun peut y trouver son espace.Le balcon donnant sur le Lac Leman ne gâche rien au plaisir! Personne charmante pour nous accueillir. Bref, vivement recommandé. Merci à vous! PS: cerise sur le gâteau nous avons pu louer du dimanche au dimanche, fortement conseillé, pas de problème de circulation.

“Superb apartment, will struggle to find one more comfortable.”
Stayed at Lake View Feb 14 and all we can say is that it was excellent and a great place to relax after skiing. Great views over Lake Geneva, easy to find, restaurants & supermarket less than a few minutes walk away, 5minute walk to gondola. No complaints at all. Great having the garage. Skiing at Thollon was excellent & great value for money but it is also a great base for trying out other ski areas especially Bernex & Chapel. Highly recommended.
“Luxury and comfort, fabulous views and skiing convenience!”
Having looked at other apartments in the area we were delighted with the space and comfort that this offered. A true home from home with three good sized double bedrooms and two well appointed bathrooms. The highlight is the living space on the upper floor with comfortable furnishings for relaxing and plenty of space for sociable gatherings. From the balcony there are magnificent views over lake Geneva to Lausanne. All furnishings and fittings are of a high standard and on our arrival the property was well prepared and very clean. The property is in an excellent location, very close to the small but well stocked supermarket, bars and lift station. The smaller ski area gave our teenagers the independence to explore on their own and there is a good selection of other ski resorts within easy travelling distance. For non skiers the nearby town of Evian, on the lakeside, is a lovely alternative with excellent spa facilities.
