Location: beach at Scarborough within an hour, pubs 3 miles, cafes and restaurants in Helmsley 5 miles. Arrival: 3.30pm.

The accommodation is a beautifully restored barn offering THREE bedrooms: on the ground floor,1 large zip-and-link with en-suite shower and WC and on the first floor, 1 king-size with en-suite bath with shower over and WC and a 1 twin with en-suite bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: with TV, DVD and video. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility/cloakroom: washer/dryer Outside: courtyard dining space with BBQ.
