The complex is in a quiet, rural setting with views across farmland to the sea. Beautiful gardens lead from the apartment to the spacious shared pool, separate children's splash pool and the bar/restaurant, which also offers sports TV and live entertainment during the summer season.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for your holiday, a well equipped kitchen, light and comfortable lounge/diner and two bedrooms. Flat screen TV and WiFi access is also included. The wide terrace provides plenty of private space for dining or relaxing.

The Larnaka District

Larnaca is a fascinating town with a great mix of commerce and tourism. The famous, palm tree-lined promenade fronts a long, sandy beach with good facilities and water sports. A variety of contemporary bars, traditional restaurants and fast food outlets lie just across the road. Beyond the historic medieval fort, the promenade continues to the fishing port and Mackenzie beach, past a stretch of sea front restaurants. Away from the beach, there are several shopping streets with both local and pan-European stores. At Mackenzie, there is also a choice of late-night bars and clubs.

The main roads in Cyprus are very good and, as they drive on the left, it is easy to drive to any of the towns and beauty spots, all within around an hour.

Tersefanou

Tersefanou is a rural village, surrounded by farms. There are two restaurants and a well stocked mini market located within 5-10 minutes walk of the apartment. There are two large supermarkets located within a 10 minute drive at which you can stock up with all your essential supples.

The town of Kiti, about 2km away has a wider selection of bars and restaurants as well as a banks (ATM), pharmacies, and an ancient church, dating back to the 11th Century. Just beyond the town centre is the closest stretch of beach to the apartment - about a 10 minute drive.away.

“FANTASTIC APARTMENT AND GREAT COMPLEX”

We travelled with our grown up children, the apartment was a perfect size, and very clean. Onsite is a bar, with sports TV and the food is of restaurant quality.There is an excellent large pool. We didn’t use the spa but it is very well equipped with different treatments. Tersefanou is an up and coming area, it has its own restaurants and supermarkets, Kiti is a larger area and is not far away about 2 km, you can walk there. You will need a car in Cyprus if you want see the island, I would recommend this apartment, for a relaxing holiday (no need for a car if you just want to stay local) it is also ideal as a base for travelling around Cyprus. We had a lovely time and would definitely return again. Overall cheaper for a group / family, than a hotel, the apartment, I would rate on par with a 4 star hotel, with its facilities and great little touches from the owners. The local agent is English and was very friendly and professional, the whole process was very easy and the owner’s communication was excellent.
