We would like to welcome all our guests to a well furnished 1 bedroom apartment, occupying a private position on the ground floor of 3 levels within the impressive 5-star Elysian Fields Resort in Tersefanou. The apartment is well furnished with modern furniture, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable setting, offering you a quality place you can call home.

At the time of reservation, 20% of the holiday price is payable with a £100 security deposit. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. if booking is made in within 6 weeks, the full amount is payable plus security deposit. This can be paid by bank transfer or paypal.

The property has been carefully furnished to high standards to ensure that all needs are met for a self catering holiday. It firstly provides an easy access to the apartment with allocated private parking outside. Once inside the property, there is a fully fitted kitchen, which includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine, along with the essentials of toaster and kettle and all crockery.

The spacious bedroom has a modern double bed, ample storage space with numerous fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with shower facilities. All necessary linen and towels are provided.
The open plan layout leads on to a lounge diner with a dinner table for 4 guests, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The main feature will be the comfortable sofa which converts into a double bed to cater for another two guests. Entertainment have been provided for guests with DVDs, board games and a satellite TV for English spoken movies and series. The apartment has window blinds fitted on all windows and air conditioning unit in every room, operated by a remote control. The lounge area opens out to the patio area allowing a place to relax and dine which offers splendid views over the beautiful gardens.

The Larnaka District

Larnaca is situated right near Cyprus' east coast. It offers old Turkish streets, Greek ruins, religious symbols, and modern amenities.

There are plenty of things to do in Larnaca with the main focus on the area's history. The name "Larnaca" means "funerary chest" in Greek, an indication of the many tombs and ruins found in the city.

Tersefanou

This apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou, located 2km from the large village of Kiti. Kiti is a small gorgeous traditional village with friendly locals, situated 15 minutes from Larnaca city, and has a good selection of amenities: bank, 24 hour bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, petrol station, and traditional tavernas and bars.

The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting. Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 minutes drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 35 minutes to the east.

Paphos has bar restaurants along the beach boulevard, and is 90 minutes away

“Good value location and apartment”

Its a lonely place in November, nevertheless the bar/cafe opens each day, and the pool was clean and warm - and empty of people! The apartment is ground floor, basic necessities are all there, and its good value. Bathroom very small, shower cubicle is not one to walk around in. Bed was fine, furniture basic and clean, kitchen has all essentials. Really handy for airport (15 mins) and Larnaka centre or beaches (18 mins away).

The one bedroom apartment is clean and comfortably furnished with Ikea type fittings. There is an undercover parking space right outside, which is handy. The complex is fairly small and low rise, with attractive gardens, gorgeous pool, nice bar and fabulous Spa. The Spa does great treatments, and has a small indoor pool, steam room, sauna and a small gym. The resort is a mile or so from shops, restaurants and take aways, so a car would be needed to stay here. However it is only a few miles from Larnica which is an interesting town with a beach, and centrally placed between Limasol and Levkosia. A trip to the Trudos mountains is worthwhile for walking, wine and lovely villages.

really enjoyed our stay would recommend to other friends/family very clean apartment ,my only problem was pillows were lumpy so was a bit uncomfortable .wish i had hired a car but luckly met some lovely people so had days out with them .larnaca town was also nice clean beach too .

Thank you Linda for this place! It was the best place we have ever stayed! The apartment has all you need, it makes you feel like home. I have found even several socket adapters to plug in my phone charger! The weather was really hot - day and night, but the AC was efficient, present in both rooms. Hot water was not a problem at all... actually, warm water was everywhere, even on cold water! Also on the beach shower, pool shower - warm water :-) The property manager, Andy - waited for us to came, it was around 10 pm and because we were "lost in space" (even one street away from Elysian fields) - he offered to came and pick us. He and his wife are very nice and helpful, you can contact them in case of any problem. The resort is quite interesting, we enjoyed the pool any time of the day. There is also a bar (near the pool) with food and drinks, TV, WIFI (ask for an user and password) and different activities (didn't take part - but as an example: traditional Cyprus night). I will be glade to return here, definitely in same place!!! Dana (RO)

“Small but nicely situated in Larnaca”

These apartments are fairly new, and are well equipped. Kitchen was well stocked along with cable and DVD for entertainment. Nice grounds with a bar in the middle, which shows the football games. You may find the shower quite small (A bit more hummus and I would not fit). The apt. mgmt is quite helpful, and they can arrange for transportation to/from airport.
