We are pleased to offer you a unique experience of stay in an ancient house in marine style completely and finely restored in every detail. Total sea view, air conditioning, Smart TV, PC, Photocopier, local tour guides "explore, drink and eat healthy", Hammam in the bedroom, large chromotherapy shower for two people, waterfall shower, phytotherapy and high quality toiletries, spa slippers, soft bath towels and a small kitchen where you can heat pre-cooked food and the breakfast that you will be served hot at morning. Microwave dishwasher and still many comforts for our guests. Boarding to Tremiti islands and Croatia just 4 minutes walk. Located in the heart of the historic center with sea view, it will be possible to reach on foot all the most "in" places and the best fish / meat restaurants in two minutes. Free and paid public parking (max 2.80 eur per day) at only 60 meters.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Annibale (the owner) a message.

If Annibale (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
