Very Good

“Perfect Location”

We could not have asked for better then this apartment. The location is brilliant and everything you need is on your doorstep, the apartment was lovely and clean and everything was in good working order. I know that a couple of people have mentioned the size of the parking space however we arrived in a van and managed to park it in the space so any other car should fit in, having a parking space with a property in Tenby is also a real bonus. We would stay here again.

Great location and good find in the centre of Tenby. All aspects of the flat are as per the description and everything worked out well from collecting the keys to leaving on the Sunday. Flat was clean spacious and had everything you would need all within walking distance of the beach and many bars. Would recommend to use again.

“Good, but could be better”

Our first big disappointment was that we could not park our car in the designated space. It is one of the narrowest spaces in the car park and was in a corner which made manouvering very, very difficult. Fortunately, Gary very kindly parked for us but admitted that it was tight. The car remained there until the day before we left and we used the multi car park on Friday night. Had we known that the designated bay was so narrow we would have brought my daughter's car but my husband is awaiting a second knee replacement and the slightly bigger car was so he would be more comfortable. I walk with a stick so a car is essential for us both. I did contact the owner in the vane hope that we might be able to use another space but did not receive the courtesy of a reply. We did appreciate the lift very much. The flat is very modern and well appointed. Our second problem was to find that the hob cooked by induction which meant that I was effectively banned from the cooking area as I have a pacemaker. Possibly the owner is unaware of this problem but I think it needs to be mentioned in the flat details. Our third disappointment was the main double bed. The mattress was comfortable but every movement resulted in a really loud twanging which was not conducive to a good night's sleep. We did not find the sofa and chairs very comfortable for senior citizens but our grandson had no problems. Finally, we think two little coffee tables for a drink when reading or watching tv would be helpful, as well as small litter bins in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The location of the flat is really superb and we thoroughly enjoyed being so close to all the attractive shops and great variety of eating places. Tenby is a very pretty and alive place, has lots of activities and four lovely beaches - I would thoroughly recommend a holiday in this town.

Owner's reply: Thank you for taking the time to make a review. I wanted to respond to the points raised. In terms of the parking I received no message that you had a problem otherwise I would have responded. Having said that the details for the arrival for the apartment made it clear that there was a designated parking space for each apartment and says that you will need to reverse into the space. I concur that it is not the easiest space to navigate but until recently I drove a big 4 by 4 and was able to park that quite straight forwardly. I have now measured the space and it is 230 cm wide at is narrowest. I have updated the information details to make this clear. I have also updated the advert to point that there is an induction hob IN terms of the bed we will now consider its future. Thanks again for taking the time.

“Fantastic apartment”

You won't be sorry If you choose to stay at this apartment. Very clean and spacious and Is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay including a lovely balcony overlooking the medieval castle walls. The apartment block also has a lift which we needed as one of the party was a wheelchair user. Another plus point is the car parking facilities which is a real bonus! The town, beaches and shops are only a short stroll away yet the apartment once inside was very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning to stay at this apartment again.

The Coburg in Tenby is a wonderful modern spacious apartment which has been finished to a high standard. There is wood flooring throughout and has been decorated in a clean white colour with lovely photos hanging on the walls of Tenby itself. The fully equipped fitted kitchen is lovely and has all the mod cons you could want including a dishwasher and washing machine. The soafs were very comfortable. So much so that I managed to fall asleep on one while watching a DVD on the flat screen TV that is provided in the lounge / kitchen. There is a small balcony with table and chairs overlooking the historic town walls. There is a master bedroom with a very comfy double bed and lovely en-suite bathroom with excellent shower, another double bedroom with TV/DVD and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedroom are a very good size. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower off of the hallway. All rooms have double glazing and the apartment itself is very quiet at night with no noise coming from the street. The apartment complex itself is finshed to a high standard with motion activated lighting and a lift for those with walking difficulties. The flat itself is on the third floor. One major plus is the private parking space which is in secure parking underneath the flat and is easily accessible off the road. Parking in Tenby is not easy and so this is a great feature of the flat. We parked when we arrived and didn't then move the car until we left as everything in Tenby is within walking distance. The North Beach overlooking the pretty harbour is only a few minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking of a stay in Tenby and I am considering staying here again.

“Fantastic Stay!”

This apartment is fantastic. Very well equipped, excellent furnishings and plenty of space. The added bonus is the underground car park which is a definite plus in Tenby as parking is a premium! The location is excellent, only a couple of minutes walk into the town and about five minutes to the spotlessly clean beaches. We had perfect weather! Lots of great places to eat - definitely recommend the pub next door - lovely food and very reasonable. The apartment was perfect for us - elderly mother benefited from the lift and lots of room for my two boys aged 12 and 15. The balcony was lovely in the evening with a glass of wine. Will definitely come back again.

Was extremely impressed with this apartment. It had everything we needed in superb location. The apartment was very modern and immaculatley clean. Would not hesitate in recommending this to friends and family and will definately be returning myself.

“Amazing Appartment - in the heart of glorious Tenby”

Myself and my sister stayed at this appartment for a long weekend with 4 children, and what an amazing time we had. Weather was brilliant for half term in February. The appartment is very spacious, 3 big bedrooms (one with en-suite), lovely bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. Plenty of room, balcony. I cannot rate this appartment highly enough. There's also a secure car park space for each appartment. It's in an amaing location. Very well equiped with plenty of toys for the children, very clean, and very modern deco. We will definately be back in the near future :-) x
