Cysgod y Coed is in the grounds of Trefloyne Manor & Golf Club, yet set to one side amongst ancient woodland. The property is of Swedish design & is warm & comfortable with underfloor heating, triple glazing & sumptuous furnishings. An ideal retreat for a quiet weekend away; great for a longer stay.

Families & couples enjoy staying here as it is secluded but within 1.5 miles of Tenby. Within easy travelling distance are numerous beaches, & lots of attractions for children of all ages & their parents too.

We fell in love with the property on first sight & from the many guest comments we know they have too. This was built in 2009 & is a very spacious holiday home for 6 people, but a really secluded place .

Fabulous Trefloyne Manor and Golf Club has a child friendly bar & restaurant ( do not miss Sunday lunch ) which is only a two minute stroll away from your door.

“Beautiful cosy lodge, the perfect chilled out getaway”

It is clear to see that the owners of this property have put their heart and soul into making the lodge a home away from home and they have certainly achieved that. The lodge is so cosy and welcoming and the decorations made it even more special at the festive time of year. We will most certainly be returning. Thank you Lynn and Trafford. Trefloyne manor is also worth a visit. Beautiful food and friendly staff.

We booked this house as part of a road tour around Wales. I was going to book a stone cottage in a local holiday park, however my wife liked the size of the house and the strong reviews. We arrived … More

Owner's reply: I am of course familiar with the problem you had with the outside rubbish. I stress to all guests that they must not leave bags outside as the local foxes badgers and birds will make a big mess Unfortunately the previous guests left an estimated 4 bags of rubbish round the back of the property. The cleaners could not see the bags and cleaned the place on day these guests departed .The animals thereafter had a nocturnal feast and left the evidence to greet you. I am very grateful for Kim and Tom’s help in the cleanup There is now a secure bin just outside the door which guests are told to empty before leaving Both fridge and freezer are left on in Spring and Summer but turned off during Winter( Guest’s can turn them on naturally) There are speed humps on the approach and guests are warned of these I have a very low car but have no problem if I go over them at walking pace To sum up I am sorry you had a problem with outside rubbish, but this was not cleaners fault. They responded very quickly and brought you a little gift by way of apology I hope you will visit again

5 of us stayed here during Ironman weekend, the lodge was perfect for us. Plenty of room, beautifully decorated, everything there that we could possibly need. Would have loved to stay longer!

How do damage deposits work?

If Trafford (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
