Description

This refurbished 2-bedroom cottage is set in a large hillside garden overlooking Kenmare Bay.

The property is south facing and enjoys stunning views to the Caha Mountains and Beara Peninsula. Coss Strand, the Ring O'Kerry Golf and Country Club, Templenoe Pier and the forest walks of Dromore Wood are all within 5 minutes' driving distance.

The house is level throughout and is ideal for wheelchair users or people of reduced mobility (owner is a wheelchair user). Free WiFi. See below for further details.

Extras: Central Heating Oil and electricity are charged by meter readings agreed with guests on arrival and departure. A refundable security deposit of EUR 100.00 (or as otherwise agreed with you) is payable in cash to our local agent at time of key collection. This will be refunded at time of departure once the Central Heating Oil and Electricity bills have been paid. Typical utility bills for late Spring/Autumn: approx EUR 15.00 - 20.00 per week. Usually less in Summer.

Spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area leading to large south facing patio and half-acre garden. Open fireplace. TV, DVD player, radio/CD player. Free WiFi. South facing living room/patio and both bedrooms enjoy day long sunshine and amazing views.

Pull out bed available on request to accommodate 5th person.

Kitchen equipped to high standard - fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pull-out ironing board, pull-out worktables, ample cupboard space including low-level storage facilities.

Utility area off kitchen contains washing machine, tumble dryer.

Master bedroom with 5ft double bed and en suite toilet / shower room.

Second bedroom with 2 single beds.

The fifth bed is a foldaway bed (available on request).

Main toilet / shower room and En suite shower room have level deck showers. The main shower room is designed to accommodate wheelchair users and features raised toilet (470 mm high), grab rails and shower chair.

Corridor leading to bedrooms and shower / toilet. 990 mm wide.

Level access throughout. No steps. One shower / toilet suitable for wheelchair users. All doors 800 mm wide except door to en suite shower room (750 mm). Beds 570 mm high.

Good Broadband coverage is available at the property.
