AROUND:
The village Tejakula is one of the oldest settlements in the North of Bali. The surroudings are well known by photographers, due to the rather strong light intensity, especially at dawn and dusk. The name “Tejakula”” comes from this phenomena: “teja = light/glow”, “kula” = us/village, so “the-village-with-the-beautiful-light”.
Tejakula is by not a touristic place like Kuta and Legian, on the contrary, its charm draws firstly from the Balinese culture and tradition, specially a tradition in Dance and Music. Almost every week there is a performance somewhere in or around the village where guests are always very welcome.
The standard fee is 90 euro for max 4 persons, including breakfast and staff-service. Minimum stay is 2 days.
Prices are including breakfast and including energy-costs, water and local tourist-tax.
