Description

This dwelling was inaugurated on November 15, 2017. It is our jewel and we are very proud of it. We prefer to be moderate with pricing so we have full occupancy all year long. This new dwelling is full of character. Until now it was used as a barn to storge wheat, chestnuts and other cereals. It has three rooms, one bathroom and a livingroom integrated with the kitchen. Ceilings are 4 meters high in some parts of the house. It also has a stove. The house was fully refurbished and all beds & appliances are brand new. It faces south (lots of sun) with a private garden in the back and a large garden of more than 1000 sq mts. in the front.

The old barn is a 3 room dwelling (one of the room has been prepared as a kids playing room with lots of toys that can serve for that purpose if not needed to sleep in) with full confort and nordic style.

It is for sure one of the top places to stay in Tenerife.

Getting around

The area is great. It is a National Park and it is close to La Laguna (UNESCO World Heritage City) and the door to the magnificent beaches of Taganana (0 tourist there and the hidden secret of Tenerife). Anaga forest is just magnificent. Near cities are La Laguna (5 minutes by car) and Tegueste (very rooted on Tenerife traditions). Cilmate is good and combines the sunny days with fresh nights. The area is very green and lush and that is what it make it so different being in Tenerife.

How do damage deposits work?

If Carlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
