Situated in the quaint village of Tayport, in the Kingdom of Fife, this apartment is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday or a golf adventure. Take in the sights and great shopping or golf at any of the 45 golf clubs in Fife.
Boasting beautiful river and sea views, and within walking distance to sandy beaches, Scotscraig golf course, the Eden Estuary and beautiful Tentsmiur Forest, there is something for everyone in close proximity to the flat. 4 miles away is the city of Dundee with attractions and shopping to interest young and old alike and the famous seaside villages of St. Andrews, Crail and Anstruther are within easy driving distance.
Opportunities to golf in Fife abound. Scotscraig golf course is within walking distance while St Andrews and Kingsbarnes are within a 15 minute drive. If you are interested in attending international golf tournaments, this property is situated approximately 8 miles from St. Andrews, home of the Dunhill Cup to be held this year between 2nd and 5th October and 45 miles away from Gleneagles, home of the 2014 Ryder Cup to be held this year between the 26th and 28th September.
The apartment is an extremely spacious, modern with 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 7 guests. The flat is furnished with beautiful wooden flooring and contemporary furniture and has delightful views out to the River Tay and North Sea from the living room and 3 of the bedrooms.
Accessed from a ground floor central door, stairs lead you up two flights to the front door. There is a spacious, open-plan sitting/dining room and well-equipped, modern fitted kitchen area with a cooker and ceramic hobs, an integrated fridge with freezer compartment, a washer/dryer, a microwave, kettle, toaster and all utensils, pots and pans.
1 double bedroom with a double bed is located on the main floor of the flat across from a spacious bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms; 1 double room and 1 single room, and a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and toilet.
Free wifi is available throughout the flat. Bedding and towels are provided along with tea, coffee, sugar, hand soap and cleaning materials.
The flat is within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants and the marina is a few steps from the front door.
There is plenty to see and do in Tayport as it is an ideal "home base", for day trips to nearby points of interest such as Edinburgh, Perth, Carnoustie and Loch Ness.
