"Fantastic house and garden, beautiful location for family celebration holiday"

Owner was extremely helpful, all facilities excellent ,bedrooms and beds extremely comfortable. Kitchen had every convenience ,plenty of crockery ,glasses, cutlery and good modern white goods. Plenty of areas for relaxation , and fun activities ,covering all ages. We particularly enjoyed use of hot tub and the ph of the water was checked daily. Marvellous family holiday enjoyed by all for our Ruby Wedding.

Gorgeous house, every room beautifully presented. Stunning kitchen and dining room. Fabulous open fire for cosy evenings. Having Lydford Gorge right next door was a real bonus, as was the hot-tub! Lovely welcome from Carol, the homemade scones were much appreciated.

We agree having Lydford Gorge at the bottom of the garden is fabulous and Dartmoor is also only a couple of hundred yards from the front gate - perfect for walking, cycling or riding.

"A great value house for large groups, you won't be disappointed!"

We stayed in Whitelady House for my friends hen weekend and it was just perfect. The whole house is beautifully presented, with plenty of space and a wonderful dining room. All of the bedrooms are a really good size so no one felt like they had drawn the short straw. Carol the owner was extremely helpful, even booking some of the evening entertainment for us! Carol also cooked us the most wonderful 3 course meal on the Saturday night and everyone commented how delicious it was. The hot tub is a great added bonus! Be aware you are in the country and mobile signal is not that good in the house but you do have access to a land line for this reason and we didn't find it a problem.
