Description

The log cabin is a ranch house style hand built real log construction,with extensive views over the delightful Yarty valley.The cabin was designed for self-catering holidays for both able and disabled guests.It sleeps eight in real beds plus a sofa bed and two temp beds if required.There is two ground floor bedrooms,one with twin ajustable beds the other has a king double,up stairs there is a bedroom with a double and adult bunk bed,all rooms have en-suite bathrooms,One is a wet room with shower chair. You also have free use of a mobile hoist and one of the electric adjustable beds has a high and low vertical raise option.
All rooms have under floor heating and a wood burner in the lounge.The kitchen has every thing you need for a comfortable holiday.There are local pubs,farm shops and nearby market towns,the coast is only thirty minutes drive away to lyme bay.The cabin is situated on our family working sheep farm on the Blackdown Hills of Somerset,we have two county wildlife sites

The cabin is situated on the Blackdown Hills of the Somerset/Devon border,it's in an area of outstanding natural beauty,we ahve two county wildlife sites on the family sheep farm,lovely walks and rides in the immediate area,local Otterhead lakes ,the lyme bay coast is only half hour drive away,local market towns of Taunton,Honiton,ilminster,Chard and Wellington.Glastonbury and the Somerset levels,Exmoor,Quantock Hills ,dunster Castle and many more within a hours drive.

Blckdown Hills on the Somerset /Devon border,an area of Outstanding Natural beauty,Nearby towns of Taunton,Wellington,Honiton ,Ilminster,across Taunton vale are the Quantock and mendip and Brendon Hills.Nearby is the forest of neroce with its long horn cattle and walk and cycle trails.
