This brand new 2020 indulgent luxury lodge is the perfect compliment to this quiet wooded area of Tattershall Lakes Country Park. The lounge is filled with natural light from the French doors leading out to the fully enclosed deck with sunken hottub. It has a two and three-seater sofa with separate chair, as well as an entertainment unit featuring blue tooth speakers and wireless phone chargers, flame effect fire and 40" TV creating a true home from home. Wifi is very limited at peak times.

The stunning kitchen area is high spec and a delight to use, featuring dishwasher and wine cooler. This has a breakfast bar, with three stools to one side. Furthermore, there is a wooden dining table with wraparound corner seating and three dining chairs.

The lodge has a walk-in cupboard, housing the boiler, coat hooks, shoe shelving and a freestanding washer dryer.

There are three bedrooms comprised of one luxurious master with king size bed and en-suite shower room, one twin and a triple (bunk and single). All bedrooms have ample storage. A full size blow up double bed is also available. The family bathroom contains a bath

The let is private and the use of park facilities is direct through the park. Guest passes must be purchased through the owner and you are advised to book activities early. Price for passes is not included. The park has new leisure facilities, which are open seasonally March to beginning of November, passes are required for the bars, food and other leisure facilities. Facilities on site are bars,clubhouse,pool and snooker tables,games room,shop,swimming pool,man made beach, play areas,crazy golf or golf course,fishing and much more. You are 40 minutes away from Skegness if you wish to go to the seaside, very close to Coningsby RAF base so you will get some good views of the jets while training. A visit to Tattershall farm park with soft play,or Woodhall Spa with their outdoor cinema and cafe in the woods and outdoor heated swimming pool. So come and visit us in our home from home cabin, you will be more than welcome.

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at the Lodge.

How do damage deposits work?

If Cindy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
