Description

Situated in the beautiful Tattershall Lakes area of Lincolnshire, Fable Lodge is a 3 bedroomed luxury lodge which directly overlooks the stunning water ski lake. The lodge is set entirely over the ground floor with patio doors opening onto decking with views across the lake - and what better way to take in the lake view than sitting in the hot tub and watching the beautiful sunset!

With 7 lakes and set amongst 360 acres of grounds, Tattershall Lakes has a full range of activities with watersports, fishing and an indoor swimming pool to name but a few.

Historic Lincoln, with its magnificent Cathedral, shopping and entertainment, is just 24 miles away. The coast, Woodhall Spa, Tattershall Castle and RAF Coningsy, home to the Battle of Britain memorial flight, are also nearby. (Some daytime aircraft noise is to be expected).

If you’re looking to relax in the hot tub and soak up the view or maybe you’d like an active weekend full of watersports – There is something for everyone on your doorstep!

The cost for a family of 6 would be £35 for a 3-4 night stay. The cost for 7 nights stay would be £69.00 per family. These prices are for peak dates, off peak prices are slightly less.

“Gorgeous lodge”

Had a great weekend in this beautiful lodge. Stunning views of one of the lakes. Had everything you’d need and more for a weekend away. We will be returning that’s for sure thank you

“Lovely lodge &park.”

We had a great 4 night stay in the lodge.The Park was very nice but restaurant and entertainment area very busy so we ate out at nearby pub.The pool was nice but way too small for size of park.The lodge was very clean and homely and the hot-tub was great to have.

This place is the perfect place to relax and unwinde. We went for my birthday and I couldn't have asked for anything better! It is very cosy and homely yet super stylish. Clean throughout and kept in amazing condition. The lodge was stocked beautifully with everything a family needs. It even pleased my teenage daughters as well as the youngest at 2. My husband and I will be returning soon and telling the rest of the family about this amazing place. Sarah and Simon are so helpful and really in good communication at all times. Guys thank you!

“Lovely lodge and view”

The lodge was as per the advertisement very clean with everything there that we needed including kitchen cleaning equipment. Gorgeous setting overlooking the watersking lake which provided on occasion a few waves against the back which sounded lovely . We went im Mau for my Partners 50th Birthday and stayed at the lodge mostly for the 3 days enjoying the deck, lodge and hot tub. It was approximately 10 minutes walk to Guest Services but we didn't use mich of the site facilities to be honest except the shop which was well stocked with the basics. We did try the bar for food which wasn't good and we would not recommend anyone to go but there are plenty of take away menus in the lodge folder. We tried the Chinese which was lovely. Over all we would definately stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay . Clair, Rob and family

Absolutely stunning views over the lake, south facing so sun all day, very clean and comfy lodge, had a lovely time, every thing u need is there, will be using this lodge in future. Lovely stay x bed is so comfy as well! So added bonus

Absolutely spotless. Lovely white crisp bed linen and towels. Lots of information of the local area. Stunning lakeside position. Modern interior. We stayed for Christmas and we will 100% be returning. Couldn’t of asked for a nicer lodge.

Absolutely amazing stay from start to finish! The lodge was stunning! So clean and tidy, full of surprises with all the mod cons including things you wouldn’t expect! Fantastic view across the lake. Loved the hot tub! Will definitely be going again!

We had a fantastic break here. The lodge was super clean, fully equipped with plenty of space for our group of six. The owners were very helpful with any queries and provided helpful tips regarding all the activities on site which keep the kids busy. The facilities on site and location are brill but the accom was the highlight of this trip.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sarah and Simon (the owner) a message.

If Sarah and Simon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
