The detached 3 bedroom 2017 Luxury Holiday Lodge is situated on Misty Bay within the very beautiful Tattershall Lakes Country Park. Private hot tub with beautiful lakeside position overlooking the water-skiing lake. It’s location makes it ideal for families and friends to enjoy the extensive on-site facilities or enjoy a peaceful well-earned break in a special location.

The lodge is a 2017 Luxury model and is very spacious including all necessary equipment / facilities needed to offer a home from home holiday The lodge has 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size divan bed + en-suite bathroom which comprises of shower, wc and wash basin, there is also a 24 inch free view tv. The further 2 bedrooms have 2 single divan beds with wardrobes and drawers + 24 inch free view tv’s with built in DVD players. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and wash basin. The living area is open plan and comprises of a kitchen which is spacious with integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, gas oven, 4 burner gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a modern table with 4 chairs + 2 stools at the breakfast bar this then leads into the open plan living space, where there is a 40 inch TV + DVD player and modern electric fire, comfortable free standing settees and coffee table. One of the settees is also a pull out double bed making the lodge suitable for 6 adults or 4 Adults & 4 Children. The lounge and dining area has French doors which lead onto a decked private veranda which contains the Hot Tub (Max 6 people) + Garden Furniture and looks out onto the water skiing lake. The veranda is fenced off with a gate.The lodge has a full gas central heating system + PVC double glazing and you will also find a selection of books, games and DVDs.

Mains Electric, Piped Gas and bed linen + towels are included in the rent and there is off road parking for 2 cars.

The Lodge has WIFI for browsing the net / downloading emails only

You will find a huge variety of exciting activities to keep everyone busy such as wakeboarding, cycling, golf and fishing. The activities available are designed to suit all fitness levels and the 'My Active' team is professionally trained to provide a safe environment and great experience.

Wakeboard Park - A brand new Aqua Park opened on the lakes! Just Wake is a progressive wake park designed for all levels of Wakeboarders. With some of the most unique obstacles in the UK, including a RED BULL Quarter Pipe, Pipe Rail and a 96ft double-ended fun box. Based out of the Castle Lake, with the amazing backdrop of Tattershall Castle get on your board and seek the thrill!

Water Skiiing & Jet Ski - There is a dedicated Jetski lake which is about 45 acres and filled with clear water. Plus you can also enjoy Waterskiing, as there is even a large 85 acre lake set aside for Boat Owners.

Note – between March and October Tattershall Lakes Country Park will require you to purchase facility / entertainment passes in order to access some of their facilities i.e. Swimming Pool, Sauna, Gym, Spa area. These can be purchased from the site office any time during your stay. Current prices are £40 for 3 to 4 nights or £79 for 7 nights for upto 8 people

Fishing,Golf,Water sports incur a charge payable separate to any of the other passes


The Lodge is fitted with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher

Note: Fenced veranda is close to lake edge + hot tub is sunk into decking so must be left covered when not in use, children must be supervised at all times.

There is also an RAF base nearby - there may be some associated noise. Check in 3pm, check out 10am.

Please bring your own towels / dressing gowns for use with the hot tub

“Perfect Location”

We stayed atTattershall Lakes for a girly week end. Everyone loved the lodge and the peacefull location We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in plush surroundings. We visited Boston andWoodhall Spa unfortunately the tea house in the woods at WoodhallSpa is closed on Mondays but we found a lovely book shop/cafe to enjoy. The only negative to mention is that you can't buy a drink (coffee) on at Tattershall lakes without a pass.

We all had a fab break . The lodge was beautiful , home from home . Very clean . Weather wasn’t great but we still used hot tub and was lovely that the lodge had board games to keep up entertained . The view was beautiful . Our only down fall was the site was very busy , cars coming and going and was very difficult for our 3 year old to ride her bike as there are no paths and cars didn’t seem to stick to speed limits . Would definatley return and recommend the lodge .

“Lovely weekend away”

Myself and 5 other friends came here for a girlie weekend. The lodge is beautiful and spotless inside. Lots of things included like tea, coffee, and toilet roll etc which is so handy. The hot tub was lovely and clean and big enough to fit all 6 of us in. Unfortunately 1 half of the hot tubs jets weren’t working but we kept swapping round so it was ok. The only negative was that we didn’t have any water for 6 hours on the Sunday morning due to (we presume) frozen pipes. While the weather can’t be helped, it was frustrating and an inconvenience not to be able to have a drink or flush the toilets. The owner was helpful on the phone but she couldnt help in person and reception were not answering the phone. No one came to check on us or to offer us any bottled water. As a result of that the owner was very kind and offered for us to extend our stay past the check out time which we definitely took advantage of! Apart from those couple problems, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. In fact we might just do that! Thankyou xx

Absolutely fantastic. The owners have not forgotten a thing. The lodge is fantastic comfortable modern and a real treat to stay at. My only hope is that further renters treat thelodge with care so that people like me who love this can return time and time again.

How do damage deposits work?
