Description

This detached holiday lodge with private fishing, WIFI and XBox is set lakeside within Tattershall Lakes Country Park, in the heart of Lincolnshire. Overlooking a quiet corner of the best fishing lake, this modern lodge is perfect for families and friends to enjoy the extensive on-site facilities or do a bit of fishing.

Offering excellent ground floor accommodation, this lodge has three bedrooms all with Freeview TVs: 1x king size with dressing area and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x twin rooms, Bath room with shower over bath, basin and WC. Spacious open plan living area with Freeview TV, DVD, WIFI and Xbox. Well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer and washer/dryer, dining area, comfortable seating and electric fire. Patio doors opening onto the decked veranda to take in the wonderful lakeside views. You can relax on the decking or enjoy a pampering session at the nearby spa. If you're feeling more energetic, there is water skiing, jet skiing, wake boarding, a gym and indoor swimming pool.Whilst dinner can be taken in the park's own restaurant there is a family pub serving excellent food just outside the park and shops, restaurant and pubs within a 15 minute walk from the parks entrance in Tattershall itself. A short drive brings you to historic market towns and villages to explore, whilst the cathedral city of Lincoln is well worth a visit, with its majestic castle set high above the quaint, narrow streets. A well-placed luxury lodge for a wonderful holiday or short break.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, WIFI, DVD, xbox 360, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power bed linen and towels included in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private, front veranda with furniture and large private fishing peg at the waters edge. Extensive, communal grounds with lakes etc.

One well behaved dog allowed if agreed with owner prior to booking but must not be allowed on furniture or beds or be left alone in the lodge. No smoking. On-site shop and bar/restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: Fenced veranda close to lake edge, children must be supervised at all times. RAF base nearby - there may be some associated noise. Check in 4pm, check out 10am.

WIFI is now available and included in the booking cost. This can only be used for internet browsing and emails, not Internet streaming or downloading. Excessive use will be charged and deducted from the security deposit. Tattershall Lakes also offer free wifi available on the park, guests can also upgrade to premium Tattershall Lakes wifi during their stay if they wish to download or stream. This is payable locally and is not included in your booking.

The hot tub is cleaned and prepared for guests prior to arrival, ocassionally the hot tub temperature may not have had chance to reach the optimum level at the time of your arrival following its clean and water change, Unfortunately this cannot be avoided due to the need to ensure the hot tub is treated and clean for your arrival. To ensure it remains clean and sparkling there are certain requirements that your party must adhere to:-

1, everyone must observe the Hot Tub rules

2, you must shower before use, to remove all fake tan, makeup and body lotions, these wreck hot tub water and it will look like pond water very quickly.

3, maximum bathing time is 15 minutes, it is not a swimming pool or bath your skin/health will suffer if you stay in longer.

4. The hot tub must be respected no drinking/smoking or fooling around whilst in the tub.

5. at the end of your session the hot tub must be refilled with water so the top jets are covered to ensure it continues to work and filter.

6. The hot tub must be covered after each use

Please note that park facilities inc swimming pool are usually open between March and December and Tattershall Lakes Country Park will require you to purchase activity passes in order to access some of their facilities i.e. swimming pool, entertainment centre and bars These can be purchased from Guest Services on arrival or at any time during your stay. Prices vary at peak times and are subject to change so please contact the park directly to find out specific costs for your party for the dates you wish to stay.

Please note that the park carry out essential maintenance and park development during the winter months.

The lodge has its own private fishing platform at the front onto the lake. You may be required to pay an additional cost to fish if requested by the park whilst you are fishing. Prices are around:

Please note that the park carry out essential maintenance and park development during the winter months. During winter 2018/2019 the park are extending the entertainment complex to include a fantastic indoor splash zone and Sky Bar which will be open from Easter 2019. Unfortunately that does mean the indoor swimming pool, spa and gym will be closed between 1st January to 31st March 2019.

“Another great stay!!!”

Amazing stay like previous times. Best lodge we have stayed in Tattershall lakes, everything you need and beds very comfortable! Only small quibble would be, £500 for the weekend isn’t cheap (plus £36 for entertainment passes) we felt the late check in, of 4pm and early check out of 10am were a little mean, but I emailed the owner and cheekily asked if we could get in earlier and we were allowed. Thank you for another great stay :)

Stayed at the accommodation over the Easter Bank Holiday. I would highly recommend it- It is very modern, clean, comfortable and with all the facilities you need to make it feel like home. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, beers and milk in the fridge. The living area is spacious with an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen supported with fitted dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and regular appliances. It has 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with dressing area and ensuite. The terrace overlooks the fishing lake where you can sit and watch the wildlife ( there is a swan nesting close by ) We also enjoyed the hot tub most evenings ! As it is the last lodge you feel very private. Thank you for letting us stay and will certainly book with you again

22 Rudd Lake is a beautiful, clean, comfy lodge. It is well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen. The beds are comfy. Beautiful views. Our only criticism is the traffic on the road. The park itself has something for everyone. We always had something planned to do.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
