If you're looking for beautiful accommodation with hot tub, a stunning lakeside location and onsite facilities look no further. Misty Bay 18 offers a 2013 Homeseekers timber lodge situated on Water Ski lake in an enviable private spot. The Lodge is immaculately decorated and has every home comfort you could wish for. It boasts a lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar and open plan kitchen. Tri-folding doors open either end of the lounge onto a large decked area furnished with rattan garden furniture. There is a 40" flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod docking station in the lounge also. The kitchen is equipped with a full range of modern conveniences including gas hob, electric fan assisted oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate utility room which houses a washing machine, clothes airer and sink. There are two double bedrooms one with a double bed and en suite the other with two single divans. Both bedrooms have TVs. In addition there is a main bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The lodge is literally on the lake edge offering stunning views across the whole lake. Beside the Lodge is a summerhouse equipped with seating, books, games and radio to help you while away the hours whilst watching the boats on the lake .Recently installed in Feb 2015 is a 6 seater hot tub complete with Bluetooth music system, 52 hydrotherapy jets, mood lighting and easy to remove cover. There are 2 designated parking bays outside the Lodge.

“Review of 18 Misty Bay Tattershall”

What a fabulous lodge owner Edwin and his wife have thought of everything, myself and my wife needed a break to recharge our batteries well this lodge helped us do just that, the hot tub was just the icing on the cake what a lovely place lot to do and plenty of thing to do and places to visit nearby. Thank you Edwin for letting us stay at your wonderful holiday lodge we have really enjoyed our stay it was just what we needed I would have no hesitation in recommending this to friends and family thanks again.

when you walk through the door the photos don't do it justice it is a hole lot better there is everything you want it was very clean and tidy you couldn't want a better place to stay the hot tub was great

Fantastic accommodation. Stylish and modern. Comfortable. Catered for everything you could think of/need in their beautiful lodge. Hot tub perfect, especially on an evening when sun setting. Quality for money. Lovely area. Would definitely recommend to others.

“Fantastic break, excellent lodge with lovely views”

Cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay in the lodge. Edwin really has thought of everything and it feels so homely. The hot tub and the views at night on the lake were stunning. There was so much to do on site but then also nice to chill at the lodge and enjoy the hot tub. Really made my husbands birthday bring there drinking prosecco whilst being in hot tub, kids thought it was amazing and loved hand feeding the swans in the morning. Just cannot fault the lodge at all, it is just lovely. Edwin was great and sent us all the information on the site before our visit which was so helpful, thank you Edwin and we hope to return again soon :-)

“A home from home”

The owner has thought of everything to make your stay a pleasurable one..... with dvd's, books, toys and lots of information about things to do. Not only do they provide the lodge with a washing machine , dish washer and BBQ but also provide wash tablets for the washing machine & dish washer, along with charcoal and starter blocks for the BBQ. There was also a hairdryer, hand wash at every sink and toilet roll plus spares. Hand and bath towels provided as well as tea towels, bin bags etc.The lodge has a really homely feel with lots of lovely little touchs and lovely lighting. There is a tv in every room and a sound system for music. The photos don't do the lodge justice and its a lot bigger than I thought it would be. The hot tub was amazing and something the whole family enjoyed. The passes you still need to purchase to use the on site swimming pool, bar, restaurant etc but we didn't bother and instead used the heated lido at woodhall spa. I will definitely be returning in the near future and already recommended it to family and friends ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Just returned from a great weekend. Would highly recommend this lodge. It had everything you need and more,have never stayed in such a well equipped place. Luxury doesn't do it justice the entire lodge was immaculate. We look forward to returning in the future.

“Lovely Relaxing Week at 18 Misty Bay”

Just come back from a lovely stay at 18 Misty Bay, Tattershall Lakes. The lodge is in a quieter part of the park, but only a short walk to the main amenities . This lodge has been decorated to a high quality with everything you need provided for you including Dishwasher/ Washing Machine, double room with ensuite plus spacious twin room with both rooms having televisions in them. There is a utility room which can be used for storage as well. All around the lodge there are lots of added extras like books, magazines, dvds, games for the kids so the owners have gone the extra mile to provide these items. We used the hot tub and sat out on the balcony overlooking the lake every night. We were lucky enough to be there for the Rock on the Lakes weekend so could sit and listen to this from the balcony. Eddy, the owner is very friendly and helpful and responds very quickly to text messages if ever you need him. Thank you so much for a wonderful week.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
