Lovely luxury van/mobile home with sunken hot tub overlooking the lake new for 2018,sited right on the fishing lake at Tattershall Country lakes park Lincolnshire.Close to all leisure facilities, just 2 min walk.Fully centrally heated for the chillier days. Comes with private fishing peg for those who like to fish. Three bedrooms,one with comfy kingsize bed,built in wardrobes,dressing table, en-suite and tv. Second bedroom has two single beds,wardrobe,drawers and tv. Third bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe, drawers and tv, beds can be made into double if preferred. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and a five ring gas hob.dining area and lovely relaxing living area with free view TV, CD player and Wii along with asst DVDs, CDs and Games. It has double patio doors out to verandah and decking area, with sunken hot tub overlooking the lake. Close to all amenities just a 2 min walk away.shop,swimming pool,spa,games room and bar,clubhouse pitch and putt, outdoor splash area, man made beach,along with a Aqua park, jet ski,waterski, wake board and fishing lakes and much more.It is in a sunny position where you can sit on the decking and fish or just relax ,or you could take a walk around and the children could cycle on there bikes,or even join in many activities on site.

we have safety precautions in place to keep young children on the verandah if you don't want them on the decking..So adults can relax without the worry.

Tattershall castle is on the doorstep,and in the village you have good amenities, a large supermarket selling everything you need,post office and chip shop, also a farm park with soft play barn, animals and lots more. Plus there is a go carting track nearby. Woodall Spa is a lovely place to visit, which is very close to the park, with independent little shops,cafes one which is in the woods along with cinema in the woods showing all upto date films. In the summer months they have an open air heated pool.

Coningsby is close by with the RAF base which is a live base and Aviation Heritage centre. During the week you will get the jets out practicing manoeuvres but they are great to watch and especially when they fly the spitfire and Lancaster over the park. Skegness is only a 40 min drive away if you fancy a day out at the seaside, or you could have a visit to Lincoln either driving or catching the train from Metheringham station which only takes around 16mins.

There is so much going on, on the park you won’t need your car everything is in walking distance. If you go off the park then a car will be needed.

“First time at Tattershall”

Just got back from our first stay at Tattershall Lakes. There was me, my husband, our 12 yr old daughter and our eldest daughter with her partner and our 18mth old grandson. I cannot fault the caravan we rented from Rachel, it was stunning! She had little extras in that when you book a holiday through a campsite you don't get, a Wii and games/ some board games/few small toys/dvds/books other bits and bobs in the kitchen too. The hot tub was an added bonus where we had nights overlooking the lake, it was beautiful. There were locks on the decking so kids can't get into the lake as well as Rachel leaving us a highchair and baby bath for the shower, loads of essentials like toilet.roll/washing up liquid/flyspray etc. Rachel left lots of leaflets as well as a welcome basket and a bottle of wine and some beer!! We all loved the ducks and swans that came on the decking. Tattersha Lakes the site itself was good on reflection, my grandson loved the beach and the outdoor and indoor splash zones, although I think they really could clean the outdoor splashzone more often as it did look dirty, the splashzone inside was brilliant and even the big kids enjoyed it, was good that these were open til 7pm too. The beached area could also do with some staff monitoring it even if it's just on a rota system as there were sun loungers in the water area and people with beer glasses etc and smoking on the beach plus the water looked green, not sure if this gets filtered or anything?. The amenities were good although I think a little small for the size of the park. We didn't get in the pool as it was constantly booked. The one cash machine broke and staff said it does this all the time, definitely need more than one. Food was ok in restaurants although a kid's meal was £8.95, and everywhere stopped serving at 9pm, they need to add a takeout that serves longer. The Bar 49 was lovely, overlooking the lake, great.for seeing the planes flying over Even though it looks like I'm moaning, I'm not there were just a few little bits that could do with improving on, and we would go back again.

Lovely place, couldn't ask for any better,brilliant location everything you need and more,with the added bonus of the hot tub, we were also left a hamper that was very much appreciated.Caravan was immaculate, Rachel met me when I arrived went through everything with me, very welcoming. All in all a lovely first time stay would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be returning, thanks again for a lovely stay, Lisa,Stefan and Tyler x

Such a beautiful holiday home, everything you need and very thoughtful welcome basket. Situated in a great location literally minutes away from the facilities on site. Beautiful caravan, had everything you could need - a lot of thought has been put into it. Very warm welcome from Rachel and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Nice fishing spot although proved difficult to catch anything! But very relaxing to sit out on the decking. Had a fantastic stay, will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect ;) there is everything you could possible need in the lodge. The owner's were really kind and thoughtful, we had a gift for our anniversary which was so lovely. Also a welcome basket full of goodies :) The whole place was spotless, we had really poor weather but that didn't bother us at all. We sat in the hot tub whilst it snowed, so relaxing. I was sad to leave, can't wait to go back. Thank you x the Barratts ❤

Absolutely loved staying here, the hamper that the owner had left us was really good. The hot tub was amazing such a lovely quiet area would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning in the future!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rachel (the owner) a message.

If Rachel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
