Description

This detached holiday lodge with hot tub, WIFi and Xbox is set lakeside within Tattershall Lakes Country Park, in the heart of Lincolnshire. Overlooking a quiet corner of the water ski lake, this modern lodge is perfect for families and friends to enjoy the extensive on-site facilities and relax. Offering excellent ground floor accommodation, this lodge has three bedrooms all with free view TVs: 1 x king size with dressing area and en-suite bath with shower over, basin and WC, 2 x twin rooms, Family bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Spacious open plan living area with well equipped kitchen with full size fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, dining area, comfortable seating and electric fire, Freeview TV, DVD , WIFI and XBox. Useful utility room off the living area with additional WC, sink and washing machine. Patio doors opening onto the decked veranda to take in the wonderful lakeside views. You can relax and enjoy a pampering session at the nearby spa or if you're feeling more energetic, there is water skiing, jet skiing, wake boarding, a gym, and indoor swimming pool. Whilst dinner can be taken in the park's own restaurant there is a family pub serving excellent food just outside the park and shops, restaurant and pubs within a 15 minute walk from the parks entrance in Tattershall itself. A short drive brings you to historic market towns and villages to explore, whilst the cathedral city of Lincoln is well worth a visit, with its majestic castle set high above the quaint, narrow streets. A well-placed luxury lodge for a wonderful holiday or short break.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, XBox, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power bed linen and towels included in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private, front veranda with furniture. Extensive, communal grounds with lakes etc. One well behaved dog allowed if agreed with owner prior to booking but must be kept off furniture and beds and not be left alone in the lodge. No smoking. On-site shop and bar/restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: Fenced veranda close to lake edge, children must be supervised at all times. RAF base nearby - there may be some associated noise. Check in 4pm, check out 10am.

WIFI is now available and included in the booking cost. This can only be used for internet browsing and emails, not Internet streaming or downloading. Excessive use will be charged and deducted from the security deposit. Tattershall Lakes also offer free wifi available on the park, guests can also upgrade to premium Tattershall Lakes wifi during their stay if they wish to download or stream. This is payable locally and is not included in your booking.

The hot tub is cleaned and prepared for guests prior to arrival, ocassionally the hot tub temperature may not have had chance to reach the optimum level at the time of your arrival following its clean and water change, Unfortunately this cannot be avoided due to the need to ensure the hot tub is treated and clean for your arrival. To ensure it remains clean and sparkling there are certain requirements that your party must adhere to:-

1, everyone must observe the Hot Tub rules

2, you must shower before use, to remove all fake tan, makeup and body lotions, these wreck hot tub water and it will look like pond water very quickly.

3, maximum bathing time is 15 minutes, it is not a swimming pool or bath your skin/health will suffer if you stay in longer.

4. The hot tub must be respected no drinking/smoking or fooling around whilst in the tub.

5. at the end of your session the hot tub must be refilled with water so the top jets are covered to ensure it continues to work and filter.

6. The hot tub must be covered after each use

Please note that park facilities inc swimming pool are usually open between March and December and Tattershall Lakes Country Park will require you to purchase activity passes in order to access some of their facilities i.e. swimming pool, entertainment centre and bars These can be purchased from Guest Services on arrival or at any time during your stay. Prices vary at peak times and are subject to change so please contact the park directly to find out specific costs for your party for the dates you wish to stay.

Please note that the park carry out essential maintenance and park development during the winter months. Any park developments are outside the lodge owners control although the park will try and keep any disruption to a minimum.

Please note that the park carry out essential maintenance and park development during the winter months. During winter 2018/2019 the park are extending the entertainment complex to include a fantastic indoor splash zone and Sky Bar which will be open from Easter 2019. Unfortunately that does mean the indoor swimming pool, spa and gym will be closed between 1st January to 31st March 2019.

“Lovely Christmas break”

Spent a few days here over Christmas with some family and our dog. The Lodge was lovely and spacious and clean throughout. The hot tub was great and overlooked the lake. A nice relaxing break away.

We had the most amazing stay, your lodge is so beautiful and well presented. It is perfect for a family to stay. Having a autistic child we are always worried of trying new places. But here is fab there is a lot of space, very calm setting, it’s not to overwhelming we can’t wait to book again. Karen was on hand immediately for anything we may need Thankyou so much,

Ideal location on the park over looking the lake, quiet area of the park. The lodge is very nice and spacious. Home from home, everything there to make your stay very comfortable. Added bonus of the hot tub and patio furniture. Karen was very prompt on answering any questions I had to ask. Dog friendly was a added bonus for us.would definitely recommend the lodge.

Gorgeous lodge with plenty of room for the five of us. Perfect view of the typhoons flying in and out of Coningsby. Our sons loved it. Lodge had everything we needed plus fab extras. Owner was easy to deal with. Staff on site nice. Amanda at the Spa is lovely. We will definately be visiting again.

Lovely week away. The lodge was really nice. Plenty of room for 5 of us, nicely furnished and situated in a really nice area of the site. Perfect place if you want to watch the Typhoons too. Also recommend a visit to Amanda at the Spa. Will definitely be booking this lodge and a visit to the Spa again.

Our first word on opening the door was “wow” An immaculate lodge and perfect setting. Everything you could wish for, beautifully furnished with all home comforts provided. Lovely touches were the welcome gifts of milk, wine and beer. The system of replenishing toiletries is so clever and saves carrying items which are often not brought back after a break, if you need it buy it and leave for the visitors This was the most relaxing break ever and will visit again. Top marks to Karen. Highly recommended

How do damage deposits work?

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
