Description

This detached holiday lodge with hot tub, WIFI and XBox is set lakeside within Tattershall Lakes Country Park, in the heart of Lincolnshire. Overlooking a quiet corner of the water ski lake, this modern lodge is perfect for families and friends to enjoy the extensive on-site facilities and to relax in the private hot tub. Offering excellent ground floor accommodation, this lodge has three bedrooms all with Freeview TVs: 1x king size with dressing area and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x twin rooms, Bath room with shower over bath, basin and WC. Spacious open plan living area with Freeview TV, DVD, WIFI and Xbox. Well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer and washer/dryer, dining area, comfortable seating and electric fire. Patio doors opening onto the decked veranda to take in the wonderful lakeside views. You can relax in the private 6/7 seater hot tub or enjoy a pampering session at the nearby spa. If you're feeling more energetic, there is water skiing, jet skiing, wake boarding, a gym and indoor swimming pool. Whilst dinner can be taken in the park's own restaurant there is a family pub serving excellent food just outside the park and shops, restaurant and pubs within a 15 minute walk from the parks entrance in Tattershall itself. A short drive brings you to historic market towns and villages to explore, whilst the cathedral city of Lincoln is well worth a visit, with its majestic castle set high above the quaint, narrow streets. A well-placed luxury lodge for a wonderful holiday or short break.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, WIFI, DVD, xbox 360, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power bed linen and towels included in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private, front veranda with furniture. Extensive, communal grounds with lakes etc. One well behaved dog allowed if agreed with owner prior to booking but must be kept off furniture and beds and not be left alone in the lodge. No smoking. On-site shop and bar/restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: Fenced veranda close to lake edge, children must be supervised at all times. RAF base nearby - there may be some associated noise. Check in 4pm, check out 10am.

WIFI is now available and included in the booking cost. This can only be used for internet browsing and emails, not Internet streaming or downloading. Excessive use will be charged and deducted from the security deposit. Tattershall Lakes also offer free wifi available on the park, guests can also upgrade to premium Tattershall Lakes wifi during their stay if they wish to download or stream. This is payable locally and is not included in your booking.

The hot tub is cleaned and prepared for guests prior to arrival, ocassionally the hot tub temperature may not have had chance to reach the optimum level at the time of your arrival following its clean and water change, Unfortunately this cannot be avoided due to the need to ensure the hot tub is treated and clean for your arrival. To ensure it remains clean and sparkling there are certain requirements that your party must adhere to:-

1, everyone must observe the Hot Tub rules

2, you must shower before use, to remove all fake tan, makeup and body lotions, these wreck hot tub water and it will look like pond water very quickly.

3, maximum bathing time is 15 minutes, it is not a swimming pool or bath your skin/health will suffer if you stay in longer.

4. The hot tub must be respected no drinking/smoking or fooling around whilst in the tub.

5. at the end of your session the hot tub must be refilled with water so the top jets are covered to ensure it continues to work and filter.

6. The hot tub must be covered after each use

Please note that park facilities inc swimming pool are usually open between March and December and Tattershall Lakes Country Park will require you to purchase activity passes in order to access some of their facilities i.e. swimming pool, entertainment centre and bars These can be purchased from Guest Services on arrival or at any time during your stay. Prices vary at peak times and are subject to change so please contact the park directly to find out specific costs for your party for the dates you wish to stay.

Please note that the park carry out essential maintenance and park development during the winter months. Any park developments are outside the lodge owners control although the park will try and keep any disruption to a minimum.

Please note that the park carry out essential maintenance and park development during the winter months. During winter 2018/2019 the park are extending the entertainment complex to include a fantastic indoor splash zone and Sky Bar which will be open from Easter 2019. Unfortunately that does mean the indoor swimming pool, spa and gym will be closed between 1st January to 31st March 2019.

The lodge was lovely with plenty of room for 2 small families. The kitchen is fully fitted with all your culinary needs catered for. The hot tub over looks Duck Lagoon with a beautiful spot to sit and fish or have your morning coffee. The owners are attentive to your needs and only wish for your stay to be enjoyable. We will go back again very soon for more family adventures as we loved it!

Stayed at Tattershall before & promised ourselves we'd stay in a lodge next time. We weren't disappointed. Very well presented throughout, lovely & clean and well stocked kitchen, even found spare dog dishes, which I thought was a nice touch. Plenty to do around the park, boys went fishing, me & the dog got plent of walks in. Enjoyed the hot tub, especially in the evenings. Only slight criticism is the mattress on the double bed is due an upgrade, other than that it was perfect and hopefully we'll be back.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this lodge. The party consisted of 4 adults and one small child. Upon arriving at the park (which wasn’t sign posted at all so Misty Bay was a little tricky to find, no problem once we asked though!) the instructions Karen had given us to get the keys were fine and we were in! I couldn’t believe my eyes when we walked in though, it was just perfect! Super clean, really modern and cosy, I could have lived here easily, WE ALL COULD HAVE! Everyone was very impressed, it really was a beautiful lodge and i wouldn’t have changed a thing about it inside! The only thing on the outside were the cob webs – I went round with a brush to get rid of them all – this could have been done prior to us arriving- would have finished it off perfectly. This was better than some peoples houses id imagine! We of course got the hot tub fired straight up and it was bliss! Set in the right spot so it overlooks the beautiful lake, the settings were perfect! There were 3 bedrooms, x2 singles and one double with a superb en-suite – all again spotless! There were also bayliss and harding toiletries in the bathrooms which were again nice touch (we did bring our own anyway). The kitchen had EVERYTHING you needed, right from pots, pans, cutlery through to BBQ /party trays – there wasn’t anything missing literally!! There was even cleaning products for everything in more than ample supply – along with a dishwasher – could it be any more perfect! Honestly it was bliss- there were even ice creams left for my little one, along with cold beers and milk on arrival which again was a lovely touch. There was also even an xbox and board games- which my little one loved and on the night it was raining we used! The WIFI was very hit and miss – sometimes it worked fine, other days we had no connection what so ever however, it wasn’t that much of a big problem to be honest and Karen came over really quickly to see if there was anything she could do which was great. The site itself was lovely, with lots to do, fishing, jet sking, boat rides. The only thing which was a little bit of a let-down was you had to buy additional passes to buy a drink – so we ended paying another £21 for our passes which we needed just so we were able to then buy food and a drink – would have been nice to know this as we thought the passes were required for the pool not to buy a drink/food which was a little annoying! On the whole though, the place was lovely and we will deffo be returning here next year/future years and have already recommended the place! Thanks for a lovely stay Karen 

How do damage deposits work?
