Avocet Lodge:-

2x double bedrooms, 1x twin bedroom, 1x ensuite with bath

and shower, 1x main bathroom with shower. Ix utility cupboard with washing machine and freezer. Open plan living room, kitchen and dining. 1x dishwasher and basic appliances. Patio doors open to a lakeside decking area with hot tub, BBQ and outdoor seating.

Bittern Lodge:-

2x double bedrooms, 1x twin bedroom, 1x bathroom with shower. Open plan kitchen and dining. 1x dishwasher and basic appliances. Patio doors open to lakeside decking area with hot tub, BBQ and seating area.

Self catering luxury log cabins minimum 2 nights. We ask for a 30% deposit upon booking, balance to be paid in full six weeks before arrival date. Please contact us regarding pets.

Family friendly, travel cot and high chair available on request. All bedding and towels provided. however please note please provide your own towels for the hot tub.

Safety Features:-

Fire extinguisher, smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide. disability accessible.

Friendly reminder, please try to avoid staining or marking bed linen and towels, as many items then have to be disposed of which is both costly not only to the business but most importantly the environment.

Absolutely loved it at abocet lodge it us the second visit here and was just as homely and comfy as before brendan and sue are brilliant nothing too much trouble we will definately be back

We booked to stay at Avocet lodge for a relaxing girls weekend. It did not disappoint. The lodge was so warm and inviting. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The owners were wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. On the 2nd day Brendan called to see if we would all like to go out on his boat and took us all for an exciting trip around the lake whilst giving us a bit of history about tattershall. The ducks came to greet us every morning and the view from the decking was just beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were just great. I'm sad we didn't stay longer. We will definitely stay here again and thank you to you both for a wonderful holiday.

The large is fantastic! Would highly recommend staying In this lodge. Everything you need and more and the hot tub is out of this world! Me and my family had such a good time we will definitely be coming back. We even managed to get a takeaway delivered to the lodge :-) 5 star!

Beautiful place in a lovely picturess setting. Had everything you needed for the perfect stray. Having a hot tub was the icing on the cake was great.would definitely recommend to any one.

“Lovely lodge and location for a break away”

A group of four of us stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my birthday. The lodge is located right next to one of the smaller lakes and has its own fishing stand. We made friends with lots of ducks! Great view ouf of the patio doors. We found the lodge very comfortable with tasteful decor, nice furniture and fittings and smart, clean bathrooms. The hot tub was great, especially on the clearer nights looking up to the stars. The owners were helpful and I'd definitely stay at Avocet Lodge again. We didn't want to leave!

“Absolutely perfect place for a relaxing break.”

The accommodation is excellent. The lovely colour co-ordinated rooms make it feel so homely. There is plenty of room for 6 people to sit and relax both inside and out, including a spacious hot tub! Fully equipped kitchen, even cutlery for the little visitors. The cabin has good television reception. Some games and dvds are supplied. There are 2 fishing pegs and during our stay both my hubby and son caught plenty of carp and pike with the odd perch and bream. The site has plenty of things to do although we only used the clubhouse and the playground as we had a small dog and a toddler with us.

Excellent service from booking to leaving from Sue and Brendan. Thank you! Property was better then I had hoped! It was more spacious then expected for my family of 4 plus the grandparents too. Everything was lovely and we all loved the hot tub! the views of the lake where superb and loads of fish to catch too. You feel like there's only a handful of cabins around the lake as its set out so well that you cant see many at all so been out on the patio and hot tub you feel like nearly the only ones there. Its a nice walking distance from the main area for able-bodied people, however plenty of parking at main complex areas if needed for disabled or elderly guests to park. Please don't think bad of the lodge but just to make people aware you have planes from the RAF base going over (just in the daytime) which can be very loud at times but this is the same anywhere within the Tattershall lakes resort we just hadn't thought about that. They actually did some great displays to watch! This would NOT stop us going back at all just to make people aware! We are really missing the place already and have been looking at when we can return!

How do damage deposits work?
